    I had looked and filled out an application at a site called birthrecords.com, but decided to go with VitalChek to get my ** birth certificate. I confused Vital Records (They are somehow connected with birthrecords.com.) with VitalChek because of a similar logo. I paid Vital Records $42 after receiving an email from them saying that my application wouldn't be complete until I paid. Not long after that I received an email from VitalChek that my order was ready and that's when I realized my mistake. Rather than spend another $25 to enclose with my application from Vital Forms I paid VitalChek and received exactly what I needed. I wish I had checked out Vital Forms with the BBB before giving them any money. Hopefully, others will.They deserve a negative rating, but there isn't any way to do that.

    As others say, this is a complete scam, and not even able to provide the pitiful service they offer. Im embarrassed to have been caughtend especially to have compromised my SSN. Consider a little spamming of these crooks.
