      I ordered a computer desk through ****** Depot on August 7th that was supposed to be delivered on August 17. I received a call from Ryder instead to schedule a delivery date for August 25th. Delivery time window kept changing on the 25th between 8am-9:30pm. Item was never delivered. I called Ryder on August 26th and I was told they have too many deliveries to make and couldnt deliver my item. I was told that since Ryder still has the item scheduled for delivery for August 25th-I have to wait for a call from Ryder before it can be rescheduled. I was told Ryder is fully booked for deliveries and only delivers to my area on Mondays and Thursdays. I was also told that I am now looking at a delivery date for the end of September. Today is August 29th and I still never hear from Ryder. I contacted ****** Depot to get a refund due to my item being so far delayed from delivery it is easier to just cancel. I am waiting to receive my refund from ************* ****** Depot instead told me to call back Ryder. I dont understand why Ryder cannot just complete the delivery the next day when they missed delivery the day before. This company is terrible and I do not want them to do this again when they deliver my furniture on September 15th.

      I am rejecting this response because:
        It has been almost 2 yrs and I never heard from your company until now and I was never told what happened with the order. I never heard back.
      Thankfully was able to get a refund.

      The complaint was submit 2 years ago, and consumer has confirmed receiving refund from place of purchase as a result of the cancelled order.

      Ryder warehouse in *******, ** is not delivering furniture purchased from West Elm order # **************. Multiple deliveries scheduled , 8/20/22, 8/24/23, 8/26/22 - all of these resulting in No Show No Call. Ryder Last **** customer ********************** got engaged multiple times, but they were not able to get the Ryder ******* warehouse to deliver my furniture.The warehouse is routing all calls to Ryder customer ***************************** help to get my furniture delivered.Thank you *********************************

      We ordered a new couch from Pottery Barn at the ************* in January. Delivery from PB was pushed back by several months, but finally we received word that Ryder Last Mile had our couch and was ready to deliver it.The couch was not delivered on the specified delivery date and no we had no contact from Ryder about what was going on. After 3 phone calls and hours of waiting on hold, we learned that the couch was "lost" and that Ryder had to do a "dock search," which we were told would take 2-3 days. After 3 days I called back and was told that they were only then beginning their search, which would take 5 days. After another 5 days I called back and the agent disconnected our call. I am now waiting on YET ANOTHER call back from Ryder.We have guests arriving at our house in the next 2 weeks and need the sleeper sofa we ordered to be delivered.

      Ryder First based in ********** has failed to deliver my sons bed 5 times . They schedule and then not showed up at least three times . You can not get hold of anyone from the company . They do not answer phone calls and there is an hour long wait to talk to a real person . We still have not gotten delivery for past 6 weeks . I can not reach anyone . I would love for someone to get back to me and find out what has happened to our furniture. We bought the bed from pottery barn and they use this company for delivery.

      This company is used by Tonal to install its equipment. They have scheduled three different times to install a product that I Purchased. I have never spoke with anyone except for the customer ********************** team I have been scheduled three times told I would be given a call or an email to provide a two hour window for delivery and installation this is never happened they have my purchased equipment that I paid for and I have never received or had it installed I cannot get anyone to return my call from their executive team although Ive been told it was escalated three different times. This is unacceptable I am a provider I see patients I have taken off the days they have scheduled and reschedule my patients my patients have been could be inconvenienced, I have been inconvenienced, I have lost days of revenue and time waiting and not getting any resolution or installation of a product that belongs to me that is somewhere in one of their warehouses.

      We have now cancelled our order with Tonal due to the incompetence of Ryder for delivery and installation. Your service is no longer required from us. You need to contact Tonal.
