      BEWARE, I bought a 2017 freightliner in April, it went down in May, because I didn't take the warranty (the sales person stated repeatedly he could not foresee me having any issues with their certified verified trucks), as of today $6600 in truck repairs and my truck is still down. Ryder will not assist me AT ALL, OH and they are always on "vacation" once you have purchased your vehicle and need assistance, so don't think you're going to be able to reach your sales person. Would give zero stars if I could.

      Ryder continuously provides horrendous delivery service. From failure to "take products off trucks" to scheduling to lack of communication, they have created more frustration than one could imagine. What's equally as bad is the companies that continue to use them as a service provider.

      I waited home all day for my West Elm delivery and it never showed up. I contacted Ryder and they said they did come and called multiple times but I never answered. This is simply not true. I never received a call and they never showed up. Now theyre telling me in order to receive my West Elm bed, I have to pay the fee for them showing up and then they can reschedule my delivery. I refuse to pay for them coming when they 100% definitely did not come. Im trying to call them to find a solution and when I finally got a Ryder customer service rep on the phone she hung up on me. Reporting to the department of commerce. Dont order west elm !!!

      They have scheduled and no showed three times and now claim to have lost part of the shipment and are telling me that I now have to resolve this with the shipper. Zero customer service. No resolution and Im just out a $3000 table.

      Ryder Last Mile is the by far the worst **************** ever! My wife ordered a bed frame from Pottery Barn. I really wish Pottery Barn would not use Ryder to ship customers orders. Our bed was supposed to come in this Saturday 7/09/2022. The time frame was supposed to be from 12 Noon-2pm. My Wife and I waited till 2pm and still no show or no call. We had to call Pottery Barn to figure out where our bed frame was. They mentioned that the truck broke down (MOST LIKELY A LIE!) We never got a call to let us know. DONT even bother to try calling Ryder. The have a phone number that is just automated and NO one ever answers. My wife and I are still wondering what is the whereabouts of our bed frame and if we will even received or bed frame or not. My Wife actually got a hold of a rep at Ryder and the rep could not even give my wife a answer and told her that she needed to wait for the warehouse team to call back. How does Ryder even work and can not even contact their own warehouse team? DO NOT ORDER from any company if the use Ryder to deliver their products. Funny how Ryder even advertists WHITE GLOVE **************** is big o sack of bull.

      ZERO STARS....Company lacks professionalism and accountability. Scheduled delivery and they never arrived. Call customer service and promised they would arrive on date of service. Still never arrived. Had to reschedule twice. Finally arrived 2 months after original date. Merchandised showed up damaged. Advised me to call the manufacture. Call Ryder customer service. Advised the same. No accountability for the lack of communication, responsibility to deliver merchandise on time and in good shape. Negative 5 Stars. Never Ever Dealing with them again.
