      Bought my first couch through Big Lots during an awesome sale. Don't have a truck or means of getting the couch myself, so I added on the $149 BIG Delivery. It finally arrived at Ryder a week ago on Monday the 15th. Received a phone call on Monday the 15th around 12:30PM to set up a delivery for Wednesday the 17th - asked for a delivery time window, and she said they had to schedule a few other deliveries so I would be given a delivery window (not sure when she said). Around 4:30PM on Wednesday, I still had no call, no couch. Called their customer service. She said no one scheduled it, and put in a request to have someone call and set up delivery, and that I'd get a call back by Monday the 22nd. It is now Monday the 22nd and I just spent over 45 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone. I requested a call back and finally hung up after waiting so long. This is getting ridiculous!!! I tore apart my living room to make room for the new couch last Tuesday because I was expecting a couch to be delivered on Wednesday. It is now 7:13PM on 8/22 and I have not received a call from Ryder to either schedule my delivery or to help me. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

      If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Ordered patio furniture from *************. Paid $200 extra for shipping. Got an email 12 days ago that my furniture had arrived at the Ryder location and they would call to schedule a delivery. Have tried calling for the last week, and the phone wouldn't even ring. Finally got the phone to answer today, so far have been on hold for 75 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Tried calling the scheduling number and couldn't get in contact with anyone. I have never had this much trouble with a delivery service, and I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of communication.

      We are a **************** located in *****, **. I will make this story short; We rented a van from Ryder and on July 1st, 2021 one of our drivers had an accident and the van was declared a total loss. Our insurance paid to buyout the cost of the 2016 **** Transit with VIN NMOLS6E76G1260386. Our insurance company paid Ryder $12,178,10 determined this amount based on the actual cash value of the vehicle. Ryder now is seeking and additional payment from us for this vehicle - they are charging us $18,627.64 more on top of what our insurance already paid them. And they are saying that if we do not pay they will pick up our rental van (the new that we rented from them) and besides they will take us to court. This is unacceptable since our insurance paid the fair amount based upon a value and depreciation of this vehicle. This company have no principles and we encourage you not to use them. We are very disappointed that this company in which we put a lot of trust and money for many years act this way, very dishonest and seeking for money this way...

      This company does not even deserve 1 star rating. I purchased a chair and Bar Cat from ******** Gold *********************** couple of months ago and they switched their delivery company to use Ryder last mile. OMG, I have not had worse delivery experience than this, considering I purchased a lot of furniture from ******* Gold. I told them - entered in the system as well that my building requires COI 3 days prior to delivery and delivery needs to be between 9 to 4. None of this matter to them, they still scheduled 7:30 AM for delivery and never provided COI until the day before. The delivery team showed up at 8:40 and can't enter the building, left and never came back. I called to reschedule, delivery team came and said they are picking up furniture. What in the h*** are they doing. I called ******* gold and they said they will make sure they do it right this time. Again, 4th time, still scheduled the delivery for 7:30 AM. I really don't understand why this company is still in business. I will never buy any furniture from MGBW until they switch their delivery company. At this point, I don't want the furniture anymore. After spend more than **** on the chair, this is the service I got. Someone needs tp shut this company down.

      If I could give no stars I would. This has been going on for 8 months. I ordered furniture from ************** in Feb 22. They finally told me that it was delivered in May to Ryder Last Mile. After going back and forth with 1 stop they told me Ryder had assumed my furniture was lost. Again they sent a replacement set. Now they told me that it had been delivered to Ryder on July 28, 2022. Finally gave me a phone number of Ryder to call. Sat on the phone for Ryder for over an hour. No response. At least Ryder could change their music if they expect you to sit for over an hour + to wait for them to answer. If 1stop doesn't deal with them then I am going to cancel my order again which I tried to do the first time this happened.

      Horrible delivery service on my pottery barn delivery!! I was told it will be at my house during 1:30pm to 3:30pm last Friday, but the live tracking website the estimate was between 4:10 to 4:30pm. They didn't show up between 1: 30-3:30pm without any notifications about running late and when they will be there. Then I went out and mentioned to them that I will be at home around 4:10pm. Then they arrived at my house on 3:53pm and left on 4:08pm (which they reported fake number that they left at 4:15pm on their tracking website) which they won't be able to wait for additional 3 minutes!!!! When I arrived at home around 4:10pm, they are gone. The worst part is, their delivery window is neither the one we scheduled weeks ago or the estimated one on website. What a horrible delivery company and they don't even care about time! In additiona, the customer service assistant lied to me and said she will reschedule first priority to me the next day in the morning, but I have never heard back from here since then!

      Waited over an hour on hold with no call back after I couldn't take it anymore. The order, according to pottery barn has been ready for delivery since July 22nd. Pottery Barn is responsible for using this carrier. I've canceled that order and I've canceled a recent order. I cannot order from pottery barn until they use a carrier that is reliable and cares about customer service.

      Worst company ever, waiting on my pottery barn items. I was told they would be at my house last Saturday, only for it to be canceled by the driver saying they were over booked. I was told I would be contacted Monday to reschedule. That never happened. I asked to be called by a supervisor from corporate, I was placed in a log to be called back, nothing. I have no way of getting ahold of anybody. I spoke to corporate and was placed in the queue to be called back for the site, no call back. You can't reach the local warehouse, nobody picks up after waiting on hold multiple times for an hour.

      Absolutely horrid experience. It's ridiculous that they felt the need to send a moving truck to deliver an area rug. The driver destroyed my property! My gutter was destroyed, corner of roof damaged, a metal fence totally destroyed, an arbor with established clematis vine totally destroyed, area surrounding driveway damaged, trees damaged, and major retaining wall crashed into leaving a HUGE mess! They tried to leave without notifying me of the damages, but I watched the whole thing, took pictures and video. I approached the driver helper about all of the damages and he was literally trying to run away and told me to contact the delivery company. He would not stick around to file a proper damage report. No apologies, no accountability. Nothing!
