      ****** and her team rock. I had a very hard glass to find and they got it. I had an another company try 4 times but couldnt locate right glass.There techs are also very trained as well. Amazing company I will do business with them again.

      I am compelled to give a zero-star review after an extremely disappointing experience with the windshield replacement service I received. I specifically requested and paid an extra $1750 in total for an *** windshield for my vehicle, expecting top quality and compatibility. ******, the salesperson, assured me that they only use *** glass. However, the replacement windshield installed is Fuyao glass, not the *** glass I was promised. Additionally, I requested that the windshield pillar clips be replaced during installation, as I had learned from online research that these clips often break during such procedures, potentially causing the pillars to fly off while driving. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated when I discovered that both of my pillars were loose post-service, though, thankfully, they had not yet detached during driving.The Heads-Up Display (HUD) is visibly tilted to the right, severely disrupting the driving experience. Furthermore, the display is blurry and doubled when viewed with both eyes, significantly compromising my visibility and creating serious safety concerns. This blurriness and distraction almost caused an accident while I was driving at night. These issues indicate either poor installation or the use of a defective, non-*** windshield, contrary to what was promised and paid for. I expected far better quality and professionalism for such an essential service. I urge the service center to address these critical problems immediately. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this facility.
