      Bibi had to do some extra work with my insurance company but got through it in a timely manner and with a constant pleasant attitude. Jose was here when said he would be and did a perfect job in replacing the window. Highly recommend.

      My service provider was Mikel ********. He was very professional and extremely courteous. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, called me when he arrived and called me again to let me know he was finished. He noticed that my sunroof had a corner that was slightly lower and asked if I was experiencing any water leaks, that may be the cause. I am very happy with my windshield replacement.

      Also Bibi who set up my service was super helpful with setting everything up, she was respectful of my time, answered all my questions and provided excellent service in a timely manner.

      I really appreciate the service they provided.

      Super fast service and beautiful work. Bibi was a great help with getting everything set up for me. I really appreciate her for being kind and readily available whenever I had questions. This entire process from start to finish was smooth. I also love the mobile service option. It was super convenient because the work was able to be done at my house while I was flying out of town.

      The tear window on our Honda CRV was shattered. The office ladies were Professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The technician arrived on time, worked promply and left the car clean and neat

      Office staff were very knowledgeable and provided good options when we had to reschedule. On site tech, Kevin, arrived as promised and completed the replacement in less than an hour. Great job by the entire team.

      While travelling with my 32' Ford E450 Class C motorhome, my windshield caught a large stone from an unsecured gravel truck load, on I-95 in SC. Once arriving in Merritt Island, FL, I sought replacement assistance. The first local vendor recommended by State Farm did not return my request. The second, a ******** location, advised me they did not service motorhomes. I was confounded by that since it is an E450 with a standard windshield, and it had been replaced years ago by ******** in MD, with no issues. The third location did communicate well, but had no mobile service and we tentativley scheduled a shop app't in one week. I called Orange Blossom. CSR Justyne was informative, understood my issues, checked off the required blocks, contacted State Farm and scheduled a mobile replacement for the next day. Within 24 hours, mobile tech Jose and his son Kevin were on time, knowledgeable and efficient. My windshield was replaced in less than an hour. They too were shocked that ******** would not even take my vehicle for service at the shop. Since this trip also included a flat tire on I-81 in TN, Orange Blossom defintiely made my day to "keep on trucking". Many thanks!

      Contrary to my BBB review of several weeks ago, I've come to learn that Orangeblossom Auto Glass is a scam. When trying to file a claim online with ************** Insurance for a cracked windshield/replacement, I got a link to Orangeblossom. The ************** site was not legitimate to begin with, which means Orangeblossom was fishing for unsuspecting consumers like me to use their auto glass services instead of ********, the authorized company for ************** claims. The ordinary cost to ************** from ******** is approximately $600/$700. Orangeblossom submitted an invoice to ************** for $3,000.
