    DuctMasters did an amazing job installing the whole house dehumidifier. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end, the team was very professional, responsive, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

    Perfect! ******* not only was prompt and efficient but he also found a couple minor issues with caps and screws, showed me them and fixed them as well as doing a great job cleaning and tuning my unit. He's the best tech to service my machine since ****** was doing service work. He's a keeper!

    Duct-Masters Delivers 100% I had DuctMaster (Gabriel ) come out to inspect and maintenance bothe AC units. He was professional, timely and courteous. Both units were working more efficiently after his visit. Gabriel kept me updated throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for a better customer experience.     I started to get a damp,musty,mold smell coming from my vents and a lot of dust was out as well. I did some research and decided on DuctMasters USA based on their reviews. I called the company and they sent ****** out to do an inspection of my unit. He advised me to have the ducts cleaned, paint the inside of the ducts nearest to the unit because they were black, clean the ac unit inside, and install ultraviolet lighting to prevent mold from forming again. It was a bit high, but I always heard you get what you pay for so I decided to go for it. I set up an appointment and the day they were to arrive between 8am & 9am ****** called to tell me they were hung up in traffic but not to worry because they were on the way. The guys, ************************ and **** arrived and started to work. They kept me informed on the progress. They were careful not to make a mess and worked around me while I was working in my office. They completed all the work in about 4-5 hours. The excessive dust was gone. the moldy,damp smell replaced with a fresh clean smell. No more sneezing and coughing. It was well worth every ***** and I would not hesitate to use or recommend DuctMasters again. Thanks guys for an awesome job !!!

    Had Duct Masters with Chris and Willie come this week to clean my AC and AC ducts this week. It was pricey but worth the investment. I was really suffering from allergies and a mold smell I could not get rid of or cover up. After cleaning the air smells fresh and clean. Unlike other companies they cleaned the machine and used disinfectant in the ducts. The ducts were disgusting. There was no mess or dust in my house when they finished or very minimal. Chris and Willie were very professional and courteous. It was something I was dreading but it turned out to be very positive experience. I highly recommend this service and this company.
