    NEVER USE THIS SITE!!! People with a TD Anytime bet comprised of ******, *****, *******, and ******* didn’t pay out. Some ridiculous technicality. Hundreds, if not thousands, called to call **. Bet would have paid approx $940 on a $25 dollar bet. Just withdrew my money and will implore anytime not to use this site under any circumstances!

    Hard Rock Bets Sports betting app was used to place mobile bets on sports games. When prompted to deposit money, I first tried using Venmo, and my debit card which both did not work due to a generic error on the app. I proceeded to deposit money via credit card which was also listed as an option. There were no additional details or fees listed to do this as with many other platforms so I proceeded to deposit $100. A few days later, I noticed a $10 cash advance fee hit my account. This deposit was run as a cash advance and incurred the associated bank fees. To be clear, the bank is very open and upfront about what activities incur fees at it was understood that a cash advance would do so. Nowhere on the mobile app during the process of selecting credit card as a funding method was there any indication that this method had fees associated with it. Very deceitful and borderline fraudulent. This needs to be upfront so the consumer can make an informed decision. The internet is riddled with experiences such as this where sports betting apps trigger bank fees without informing the user.

    Does not properly disclose terms of the bets like other sports. Specifically, the player props for soccer DO NOT STATE that they are reg + stoppage only, as they specify with other bets. Goals scored during Extra time (NOT Penalty Kicks) do not count. All other sites specify this on the betting slip, but HARD ROCK does not. Nor does it have a link to the terms of the bet available from the ticket either. I had ******************** scoring First, scoring Last, and Scoring ANYTIME. (+ 550, +550, +190) She scored the only goal of the game in extra time, and all 3 bets should have hit. I even emailed them a copy of a bet ticket from a competitor which CLEARLY states the rule in question here. ALL OTHER SPORTS count OT, extra innings, etc for player props. Apparently soccer doesn't, but they don't have to tell you that. Truth is I NEVER bet women's soccer, but the olympics made it interesting. But The fact the disclaimer is not present when all other sites note the restriction is wrong.
