    The hard rock casino has the worst customer service employees that I ever saw in my life. One of there customer service manager named ***** is the biggest joke the hard rock casino could hire. He is ignorant, he is lazy and the dumbest person I have ever spoken to. I won thousands of dollars in prizes on there mystery wheel spin and was never awarded anything. I even recorded the spins as recommended by ***** himself. They went as far as to tell me they can't receive videos through email on their site. I have been given every excuse in the book why they wont award me my winnings. One of there employees emailed me saying I have undeniable proof of my winnings but still nothing. This has been going on since November 2023.

    Hello! 

    We reviewed ******************* claim back in December of 2023 and determined that the device he was using was dated and caused the issue he experienced. 

    *************** was awarded several casino good ***** during this time.

    Hard Rock is a company that enjoys hurting the little guy. Withholds your fund when you win. Won't work with you resolve the issue just ignores. Big cooperations should not be allowed to bully.

    I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PLAY THE ONLINE CASINO. WHY ARE DOCUMENTS LIKE BANK STATEMENTS USED FOR WITHDRAWAL? ****** ** ONLINE CASINOS ALL THE **** AND THIS IS THE WORST BY FAR. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE A DEPOSIT BUT WHEN YOU WIN THEY MAKE IT H*** FOR A WITHDRAWAL. AND ONE OF THE MACHINES I PLAYED ON WAS BROKEN.     Reservations online needs to be updated, says one thing and charged another. Explanation at first was technical difficulties, then it was we are updated out web site. After spending more than 45 minutes on hold and speaking with a supervisor still get the same response. Was told they would tell tech support. Tried online chat hours later since website is still giving me a different rate then when I go to check out it's over 100 bucks more. Live chat can't help they just answer simple questions. When I asked who I can call to complain about the web site I got no response. If you know the website is wrong shut it down or update it. Customer service extremely rude and I feel like they are just reading off a script. Not happy was going to spend for birthday at the casino but now I find myself going elsewhere since they do not listen to their customers and not shut down a product that they know is wrong
