    I received a vacation package and I paid $50.00 for a booking. I attempted to book dates more than 6 months and kept getting emails "still waiting on confirmation". I was advised to request a refund if i no longer wanted to book with ETTSI. I faxed in the required documents and was told a refund was issued November 2022 but I have not received a refund to date. Every time I call customer service I keep getting the run-around (a different story). My daughter even sent them a letter, but received no response.

    My son gave me a travel certificate that he had received after attending a timeshare. He thought was for a free vacation and certificate is misleading. In order to find out any details you had to register your certificate and pay $49. I had a feeling this was a scam so I dug into the details right away - which they don't make it easy to figure out- I had to be persistent and make numerous calls to get through and ask questions. It was not a deal at ALL and I cancelled my certificate within the 30 days. They don't make it easy to cancel you have to mail (who does that anymore) in your refund request. I then received an email on August 15th from them stating that my refund was approved and they would be mailing my check within 60 days. Today it is 10/26/22 and I still haven't received my check. I think they make a living off these $49 registrations as people don't jump through the hoops. I have tried calling and emailing and of course no response. I wish I would have looked at the BBB before I redeemed the certificate. They are an awful company and how they stay in business is baffling. My credit card company is disputing the charge.

    They indicated my dates were not available so a refund was in order (see refund approval). Reached out after 60 days passed....nothing. Reached out after 75 days passed .....nothing. Finally got someone on the phone 9/8/22 that indicated refund was sent 9/1/22. My address has changed but forwarding is active for prior address. Today is 44 data since refund was sent. Nothing. Beware.

    I was scammed and $599 plus $99 was stolen with a promise of complimentary or discounted cruise which costs over $200 more than booking directly with Carnival cruise line. They are affiliated with Vacation Rewards International and the $599 package I purchased was to include a "complimentary" balcony cabin cruise. I believed I would pay $99-199 for tax and fees but not over $200 more than what I could book directly from Carnival.

    IN GOOD FAITH prior to THIRTY (30) days of depository fee date of receipt, the submission of my money of $50.00 and coming into an agreement and obligation with penalties that I Member********************* would experience such low-quality customer care.

    After experiencing such low-quality customer service, I am reading poor customer service reviews. I am baffled that a company would promote yet deliver such low standards of quality care to paying customers!

    My intention today is to cancel this contract without further obligation or penalty. Due to the overwhelmingly negative experience and reviews of your company I am NOT confident IN TRUST of doing business with this company.

    In this process of "I" doing business "prior to" THIRTY (30) days of fees, penalties, and obligation "I" agreed in good faith that I would receive excellent to good quality care from a reputable company. MY INTENT TODAY IS TO CANCEL AND REQUEST A FULL REFUND OF $ 210.36 WHICH IS A $ 50.00 DEPOSIT FEE AND A $160.36 DESTINATION DEPOSIT FEE BY SENDING NOTICE TO: EXECUTIVE TOUR & TRAVEL SERVICES, INC, AT 301 INDIGO DRIVE, DAYTONA BEACH, FL., 32114

    I booked a vacation for my daughter and me. I had to legally change her name and on her passport. The passport wouldn't have been returned by the days our trip was for. Since the vacation package cost over $3700, I didn't want a voucher so I asked for a refund, and they wouldn't give it to me. I attempted a dispute with my credit card and that didn't go through. Now that I decided to use the voucher, they said that it is not active. So basically, I can't get a refund not a voucher, that I paid insurance for.
