I purchased windows from Stormtight and its been a nightmare. The windows seem good quality. The people you deal with are another story. One window was damaged and supposed to be fixed. They left my outdoor landscaped area a huge mess. Trampled plants, cement mixture all over, tons of broken glass. This is just some of it. Initially they were apologetic and going to fix it all. Well they havent fixed anything and they dont respond to calls anymore. Terrible crew of people. Get the money and run. I wish I never dealt with them and I will not hesitate to share this experience with anyone looking for windows.Storm Tight Windows

I was very impressed with ******* presentation of the company and the windows. His demonstration of the windows was spot on. He made it very easy to understand how theyre made and the reason for having them. made the decision to have all our windows done makes sense. But after reading all these reviews, I hope I have not made a mistake and the company turns out to be as good as he said the windows would be!Storm Tight Windows

1 starMy 75-year-old mother met them at a local fair. The came out and quoted her $40k to replace her 10 condo windows and then discounted it to $25k so she thought she was getting a good deal. Luckily I spoke with her within in the 3 days to cancel. She submitted to cancel but the salesman harassed her for hours. Calling her continuous, over and over, guilty her for wasting his time... Horrible!!3 reputable quotes were $8k-10k
