  I saw this company advertising at the **************. I went up to their booth and signed up to win free windows which we all know nothing is free. Needless to say I got a call stating I won a $1000 in credit to purchase windows through them. It was very pleasant and when the gentleman came to measure and gave me pricing it went all downhill. I kept trying to get out of placing the order but I wasn't paying attention when he asked if I was ready to place the order. Then he told me that they have a 3 day cancellation and he did give me a total of 5 days because of my hesitance. I got a quote the following morning that was 4x less. I couldn't believe the difference despite the cost of install and permits there was no way to be that way out of reason and the brand I quoted with was PGT (apples to apples) . I turned in my cancelation form immediately. I called to verify the cancelation and they transferred me to a gentleman (if you can call him that) ***********************. He proceeded to tell me that we didn't have good credit and we wouldn't be able to afford or find a better deal anywhere else and that he didn't want our business anyway. I am glad this went the way it did but I want to warn others of the type of company and individuals run this company.

  ****, nasty strong-arm tactics by manager *********************** who has no finesse or skill with customers. Called and berated us because we had canceled due to a change in financing circumstances and had missed the 3-day window, telling us he "holds people accountable" and we have to pay 15% of the amount of the contract even though they had not even come out to measure yet let alone order any product. If he were really interested in accommodating his customers and the reputation of his business he would have done what their sales rep **** did and said you can go ahead and cancel. Instead, he was a total jerk. Read the ****** reviews and you'll see this is a widespread opinion of his behavior.

  The most unskilled and unprofessional company I have dealt with. Delayed installation, cracked window that was changed multiple times, and my husband figured out why it kept on cracking not their installers, delayed and failed city inspection, and now a window leaking that has caused water damage to my wall. They came a week ago and reseal my windows. I was told I would be called by a supervisor by the name **** but he has yet to call me. This company has been a homeowner nightmare stay away. Do your research.
