I am at a loss for words! I have a vehicle covered by ********* that is being repaired right now. Neither the dealership nor myself are able to get in contact with anyone at ********. None of the phone numbers are working. Did you go out of business?

I purchased the 4 in 1 protection for a purchase price of $3,398. It was supposed to include coverage for windshield chips and repairs. I have a very small chip in my windshield that I was hoping to get fixed under this warranty plan that cost me nearly ***** my surprise, NONE of the windshield repair shops seem to accept this warranty. I'm being told from multiple shops that I will have to pay out of pocket and then take it up with Fidelity to get my reimbursement.Fidelity has confirmed that I am covered for windshield repair under the warranty plan I purchased. However, I cannot simply get reimbursement upon submitting my receipt. The windshield repair company has to call them prior for the service to get approved, and then once I pay out of pocket, I will have to call Fidelity to initiate a reimbursement.I have a very minor chip in my windshield and I have NO DESIRE to pay $185.52 (one of the quotes I received for the repair) for such a small chip ON TOP of spending nearly 4K for a warranty plan that's supposed to cover this at no cost to me.Fidelity warranty services is also closed on the weekends; I realized that to my dismay when I tried to take my car to get serviced on a Saturday. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. PersonalIy, I would NOT have paid almost 4K for an extended warranty if I knew it was going to be this much hassle to get a simple repair completed. They also need to be more transparent about the fact that they are closed on Saturdays, a day when people regularly get their car serviced.I also left them 1 star review on ******. That review has pictures to better illustrate what I mean

1 star because I can't give O. 2016 **** F150 with a 3.5L Ecoboost. Bought in December 2023 with 156,*** miles lasted 3 months and ****** miles before it broke down. Turbo failure caused catalytic converter failure , but they would not replace them because they don't repair "collateral parts" per the mechanic. Turbos were replaced and catalytic converters removed. Truck lasted 100 miles before turbos failed again. This time it dumped all the oil out the exhaust, caused the motor to jump timing, and piston to valve contact resulting in total engine failure. Fidelity refused to warranty anything because the exhaust had been modified. Went back to the original dealer. They offered $2000 toward a trade. New motor is $12,000.

Fidelity Warranty Services is a ****! They string you along FOR WEEKS while you are without a vehicle then don't approve necessary repairs! It's impossible to speak to a supervisor I can only assume because they are on the line with all of the other disgruntled customers. I have owned my car for less than 9 months and it's been in the shop twice for the same issue. The first time they approved the repair for part of it, I paid out of pocket for the rest. Less than 2 weeks later, in the shop for the SAME issue. This time, it's been 2 weeks for their adjuster to come out and they approved it only for a "manager" that, come to find out was just a regular employee, to deny it. They should've fixed the problem right the first time. I cannot believe anyone that operates like this is still in business. I wish I could afford a lawyer. Since I can't, I will spam every social media platform possible until I am heard!

This was the first time I attempted to use my warranty since Spring of 2021 when it was purchased from the dealer where I was buying out my lease. A million phone calls, 2 adjusters, a week plus without my Jeep before they decided to give me a rental car. Then, the majority of my claim was denied due to wear and tear parts they don't cover. The problem is those components needed replaced because of a malfunction of a component they DO COVER. This left me with a $1,500 service bill and multiple trips to the dealership with 2 small children. I am exploring cancelling the remainder of my 5 year warranty because I do not even want to deal with the headaches associated with this company.

This company is a joke! Never ever do business with them. I spent almost $5000.00 on their platinum plan and when I needed to file a claim with them, at first they approved the claim and then when the dealership had to get the final approval they denied everything. So in order to get my car back I had to spend another $2300.00 dollars and when we called them the customer service representative hung up on my husband! I want to warn everybody about them! Do not do business with them, ever!

We took our vehicle to the dealership (keep in mind we bought the car in 2021 AND never used/requested assistance from this warranty company)... now needing assistance they make you jump through hoops to get the approval. Our service advisor did his best to help. We provided ALL maintenance (oil change/tire rotation/battery purchase) documentation that was requested by Fidelity but this wasn't good enough...not sure what all this has to do with getting a water pump fix.. the customer service is very poor. .. hold time is ridiculous ... DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY... DO NOT ACCEPT IT FROM THE DEALERSHIP EITHER.

I purchased 10 year warranties for both of my cars. Fidelity has always been fair in paying claims. $100 deductible is the option I always select. Sometimes they make the manufacturer pay when its a known defect. They handle everything.I have so far purchased 4 extended warranties with fidelity. The peace of mind not worrying about the cars breaking down is well worth the money.

****. They are refusing take claims submitted for a electrical repair needed to my transmission. The warranty clearly states electrical components of the transmission are covered. I called the office and spoke with a ****** who stated this specific electrical fix is not covered because it does not say the specific electrical part that is needed to be replaced. The contract says under the category of "Electrical" "transmission and linkage".
