This company is a waste of money and unreliable ! Ive been a member of this company since August of 2022. I have never once used them . As of May 2024 my car air conditioner went out . I began calling this company to assist me with getting it fixed Since its in my contract . Unfortunately the day i began calling , their phone number wasnt working . It kept saying your call cannot be completed at this time , please try again , and the then the phone would hang up . I tried Calling the next morning and again the samething . I called my dealership to verify i was Callling the correct number which i was . On day 3 i took My car to the mechanic shop because outside was beggining to get very hot and my car was blowing out HOT AIR . The mechanic shop began the process of ordering the part that was needed . I called fidelity one more time just to see if there i would Get in contact with anyone . OF COURSE I FINALLY DID, BUT it was now too late because the mechanic shop already began to work on my car . They wouldve of covered it i could Use them because THEIR NUMBER for whatever reason wasnt working . My policy will be up with fidelity in the next ***** miles of my car. I CANNOT wait because they are the most unreliable company and I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. As a professional business why would your phone NOT BE WORKING DURING BUSINESS HOURS ?? If anyone is shopping for warranty please dont consider this one because its a WASTE OF MONEY !Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.

I have been trying to get my refund since October 2023 after ********** admitted to damaging my moon roof which they allowed water into the cab flooding my truck. ********** took responsibility for the flooding damage of my 2016 truck which I had purchased in April 2023. I have faxed all required paperwork for my refund and *********** has faxed them 4 times with the paperwork. Every-time I call Fidelity they say they have no record of the paperwork being sent in. Lairs, all of them. Then I checked the BBB and saw all these complaints. Very similar stories to my story. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS! This site requires me to give 1 star, but they dont deserve it.Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.

1 starWould prefer to give zero stars to this company. We purchased a vehicle maintenance warranty plan from them in 2018 that was for the life of our brand new GMC Terrain. We were pressured into purchasing this plan in order to receive a lower rate on our loan. We had never bought such a plan before and never will again. Within the year, the car dealership went out of business (in ***********, **) and we were left to find a place that would take our coupons for maintenance (for things like oil changes). We finally found a *** Boys in North Hollywood, ** who would accept the coupons but they had to call first to verify and get approval for the coupons. This worked fine until March 2023. *** Boys called and was told the coupon was no longer valid, it was expired. We were told by *** Boys we should try to get reimbursement. We needed the oil change so we got one, paid $98 and submitted a claim to Fidelity. A lovely man on the phone out of ** assured ** he could reimburse ** for the whole amount. And then we get a check for $64. We reached back out to said lovely man. He did not return emails or phone calls so we called someone else at the company, waited on hold half an hour, and were told they will only pay twice the amount they would have paid the dealership. So we are left to pay any remaining amount. Even though if they had validated the coupon, the whole cost would have been covered. Long story short, THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY ARE NOT A CUSTOMER FORWARD COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR SERVICES OR PLAN.Review fromMike M

1 star3/13/24 My rating is ZERO stars.I worked with my car dealership and for the first time engaged in the extended warranty serviced by Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.After, the dealership forward all my service records, I was advised that there were missing oil changes, since buying the new car I was loyal and had all servicing done at the dealership. if I was out of state, etc it's possible I had my oil changed elsewhere. I do not have oil change receipts. No consideration of the dealership having glitches or lost in their system, old system, its expected if you have work done elsewhere you must retain receipts for everything. Otherwise, Fidelity can not and won't help you. Buyer/Car Dealership BEWARE!After proving, I'm me and still the original owner, after the car dealership retrieved and provided all my work done all the effort that went into it from the dealership and my time calling Fidelity 5 times today. tI was clearly communicated to me by Supervisor **** that Fidelity cannot payout unless all service records are submitted. Absolutely no value placed on me, the loyalty I gave to the dealership or my word. No dealership should offer or work with an organization like Fidelity Warranty Service, that are unwilling to discuss, work with the client, understand their circumstances and come to a workable solution. Regardless of the amount, what has me write and share this is their unwillingness to move matters forward and work with those under extended warranty. No dealership should work with an extended warranty service like Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. that is unwilling to work and resolve issues. Beware! Warranties sold directly through auto retail dealers only. Warranty is guided by a high cost, and little support. Cancelation is also highlighted by unrelated requests to contract. This hoping the contract buyer will fail the request obligations in order for them to continue to retain their over priced, under serviced warranties. They should not hold an A+ rating with BB. Obsurd if you look at their complaints and lack of ethics reports.Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.

1 starI have called multiple times to cancel my warranties with them and they keep saying its in the queue. I am cancelling before the 30 days and its still not showing up on my account as cancelled even though I have told them specifically I need it cancelled ASAP. They are more than capable of cancelling right then and there, but give excuses. I have sent all information to them and still no update. I just want ************ cancelled ASAP.Review fromCheryl F

1 starAs a repair facility I do not recommend filling claims for customers with this company they are very bad to deal with and make you jump through hoops when they already have proof of failure when job is complete as a business I expect to be paid not have to go through all kinds of a hassle or get harassed just to get the money owed to us there is no way to get a hold of management nor do they return calls they do not respond to emails as well as they are very argumentative and rude sounding when you call customer service they need to make some changes within the company to develop better communication and customer relations and gain better customer serviceReview fromClarence R

1 starThis is the worst company ever. These people are scammers. Nothing else. My car is covered by their Driver Train coverage plan. I carried my car to the service center. I showed my warranty details and the service center crew told me that they should cover 100% of it based on the terms of my contract. They called them on Friday and they agree to cover it. The next Monday, they denied the coverage claiming that even though the parts are covered but they believe that the other stuff that cause the failure is from a part that is not covered. Complete BS. These people are scammers! And I encourage everyone out here not to get a fidelity warranty service contract cause their mean intent is to find ways not to cover services. These guys are rogues and shame on financing companies that mandate folks to have warranty in other to finance their vehicles.
