Wonder how this company is still in business? And, still gets an A- review from the BBB. On BBB and their websites the phone is for some type of life alert. Someone at the BBB call the number. This is a scam. Has the BBB looked/read any of the customer feed back. This scam starts with the dealerships, whom have to know this company is a scam, yet continue to sell warranty policies, BBB, smh.

They approved warranty work on my car the parts price was 1,300$ when ordered from a ***** dealership the part was back ordered and when it came in the part had increased in price by 500$ . They refused to cover the cost of the parts inflation and would only cover what they agreed too for that warranty work no more no less so now I'm stuck with a 900$ bill when it was supposed to be 200$ from my deductible. So why are you a warranty company if u don't take the full part price and I pay my deductible of 200$. Make no sense . Should I have just opened another claim and tried to get you to cover the part at the higher cost .

SCAMMERS!!! Never in my life have I been so frustrated and ****** off at a warranty company. If iI had the option to give a negative **** stars I would. Wanted to be refunded for the warranty I have not needed. Was told I had to go through the dealership I purchased the car from. The dealership could not refund my money because they are no longer owned by the same company as when I bought the car. Now I can't even call this so called warranty company. Number gives me every other scam known to man and a run around. I have already put a review online regarding the dealership and their lack of customer service and RUDE employees. Please y'all if you don't have savings to cover major vehicle repairs don't get the vehicle. I just want to save you some heartache and stress!

They denied a rightful claim without explanation. I appealed and apparently to investigate it further they contacted the warranty broker instead of the shop where the car is. It is disgusting to treat customers in this manner.

Transmission leaked fluid and the car came with engine splash shield that prevented me from even knowing this seal broke causing fluids to get low and because of this I was denied my claim. - Avoid MaxCare from Carmax.

I called to ask about protection plan options for my vehicle, but the agent said he wanted to "build a file on me first". I asked why he needs to build a file on me before telling me about their products. He started to ask my full name and personal info, instead of telling me their plan options based on the vehicle. So I declined and refused to give out personal info without knowing if their product is suitable for me. Instead of just giving me product details that I requested, he was ok with losing my business because I refused to tell him all about my life. Strange.

They work hard to deny every claim. Their exclusions work to leave consumers in the lurch.

I bought a warranty in July 2022 and in December my timing belt went out and I took my 2011 Infiniti to the actual dealership and they advised me that I needed a new timing belt which is covered. They called Fidelity and they verified that it was covered and they will send someone to verify the issue. ******* came out and the mechanic advised the Rep what he found afterward Rep left and said he would call the dealership back. ******* called 12/07/2022 and said that the dealership would have to take the bad part so he could see the bad part but kicker is they said Fidelity would not pay for service, the dealership called me and informed me that I would have pay the ******* to get this done and the Rep would come back and look at part and then would he determined if Fidelity would pay the repair. I have had warranties before and none of them work this way and how Fidelity is handling defeats having a extended warranty if I have to pay out my pocket for something they said is covered. I tried calling to speak to a supervisor and I was on hold for over 3 hours and then the calls drop every time. I just want Fidelity to honor their contract with me.

Fidelity would not cover damage to parts of my vehicle. The oil leaked on and damaged the floor cover. Fidelity wouldn't pay for the replacement .
