    I get at least one call from them EVERY single day! I cannot get them to remove me from their system and I can't block them because it's from a different number every time. Please help me!

    **** from My Business Verified looked up the consumer's name, phone number and email address and he cannot find any account with that information. He was able to check their call log and saw that the consumer made 2 inbound calls to their number on Sept 9th & 10th and hung up.

    **** confirmed he does not have an account with the **********************.

    They called from a different number every single time.  Since I filed this complaint I have not received any other calls from them. The only proof I have would be dozens of voicemail messages they left every day - but I have since deleted them.

    I have requested my account be cancelled several times via their online form and through calls. They say my account has been canceled, but they are still taking money out of my **** account and will not respond to request for reimbursement.

    Multiple times, every day, this company calls; frequently leaving voicemails, telling me that 'Business Verified' has determined that my **** account is not ********************** with them and therefore customers may not find me. I could care less about this, have no interest in being 'verified' by them or any other verifying company, and my **** account is issued through a larger non-profit organization, so not something I can do anything about. As a non-profit, I am not soliciting 'customers' so the whole thing is a moot point. I cannot get them to stop calling, no matter how many times I deny their calls. Extremely frustrating and wasteful.

    This business constantly harrasses us using deceptive language telling us our ****** business listing isn't verified. We have it verified with ****** and ****** says it's verified. They tell you to push number 2 on your phone to be removed from their list which we have done many times and they do not remove us from the call list. It's a robocall from hell!

    My Business Verified calls everyday. I've asked several times for them to stop calling and to remove my phone number from their database. The calls are spammy and when I block one phone number, they use a different phone number to call from. What can be done to make this stop?

    I paid MBV $200 in June of 2023 because they assured me they could get my business verified and listed on ****** within ******************************************************************************************************* all paperwork they asked for, ** still not listed on ****** and its the end of August. I told them since they cant do what they claim they could do I should receive a refund. I was told I only had 3 day from purchase to get a refund. They also told me to pay an additional $800 not only would I get verified but Ill be at the top of the search engine. Take my advice and avoid this company. And guess what, theyre telemarketers are still calling trying to get me to pay more money

    This business is spamming ** with calls daily from different phone numbers that if you try to call them back it is either out of service or is an individual not the My Business Verified company. They use multiple, multiple spoofed phone numbers, I have asked them to remove me from there phone list, I have pressed the number 2 that they say will remove me from the list and it does not remove me. I get between 6 and 30 calls a day from them. I am on a do not call list, and their calls are very disruptive to my business. I would like for BBB to file an FTC complaint with the federal government to shut this spam call center down. They serve no useful help to anyone and cause lost of productivity.

    This company robo calls our office multiple times a day, 5 days a week, I actually hit the prompt, reached a person, asked to me removed from their call list, the person said "NO", profanities, and rude. We are on the do not call list, we should be able to recover something?***************************, President *********************************

    After requesting to stop calling our number numerous times, our establishment is still being berated with calls from this ****** Business Verified. Our business and day-to-day functions are being hindered by their actions. They call multiple times a day - every day. It is ridiculous. Can you please make it stop!************ is the number that keeps calling.

    259 calls in 45 days. No matter how many times I requested to be placed on DNC I am still called anywhere from **** times a day. Company is known to chronically harass small businesses accross the nation
