  Calls office phone 2 to 10 times a day from different spoofed phone numbers in multiple states with automated system stating that our ******* My Business listing is not verified" and does not respect the "Press 2 to opt out" that the automated system suggests. We receive hundreds of calls per day from real customers that need services and these automated calls cause undue stress to employees answering phones and causes us to lose business from actual customers who are unable to get through when employees are preoccupied by incessant spam calls.

  My Business Verified calls you claiming that your business does not show up on ****** voice and Amazon ***** searches. They say that if you pay them they will make sure your business shows up in search results from voice search. 1) ****** voice search and text search are the same engine and if you show up on one you show up on both. 2) They once called me 9 times a day for a week from different spoof numbers.3) I answered and asked questions and was told the system automatically calls people based on how many times a business is searched on ******. I thought you said I don't show up on ****** searches, which is it?4) I have repeatedly clicked through to be removed from their call list, and verbally asked to be removed from their call list and I still get multiple voicemails a day from them. This business is literally a scam trying to trick people who don't understand the internet out of their hard earned money. NO ONE can guarantee you show up on any ****** search or guarantee you will be higher in the results. I am considering legal action against this company for harassment and false business practices. I attached multiple screenshots of my call log where every single call was from my business verified from different numbers. In April 11 I had 8 calls alone, which is absolutely absurd.

  However, I still find the way they communicate their services to be predatory and unacceptable. As they tell you you aren't showing up in ****** search results, but they also admit they choose which businesses to call based on them showing up in ****** searches. ****** voice search and ****** search are the same and implying they are not is predatory. So they may be a legitimate business but I question the morality of their methods. 

   

  I will see if I actually stop receiving communications and will file another complaint if I continue to receive calls after a week.

  04/17/2023-04/18/2023 I was phone solicited for a service, when I agreed to the service, I specifically clarified the service that I was needing and was being offered for my business, I asked the questions numerous times to ensure that I was paying for the service I was needing. I even asked if there was a bait and switch and when I went for the meeting the next day they were going to tell me that I now needed to pay additional fees to get the work I was needing done for more money and they assured me that was not the case. I did not send them the information they requested to begin work because I wanted to ensure that I had the meeting with the representative scheduled the next day prior to work beginning on my account. On 4/18 I met with the next rep ****** he told me the services purchased would not meet my needs and it would indeed cost more money. At that point I went back to ***** told her I wanted access revoked to my ****** account. It then became a day of phone calls. I was escalated to a manager who agreed to refund my payment through billing. They reinstated my access to my ****** account. They never refunded me. Filed a fraud claim on my credit card account. They have now fought that, and I am still charged the ****** dollars. The information below is from the original receipt:Refund/Cancelation Policy Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees they have two business days from the date of charge to cancel the sale and request a refund. Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if they do not cancel the sale as indicated on this Invoice within three business days from the date of charge, the above shown product(s)/service(s) are nonrefundable and all sales are considered final. Tried to manage this with them and had no success. Attempted to resolve via the credit card company and have had no success. I just want my money back for services that were falsely sold. I clearly stated what I needed. They had no intention of providing.

  I spoke with a salesman on 3/29/23 where I authorized payment for $458.00 for a plan to verify, update, and promote our ****** business listing for our two clinics. The payment cleared our bank on 3/30/23 and we have yet to receive the follow-up phone call for setting up our listing. I have called the number posted on their website multiple times (*************************************), sent detailed contact requests outlining my needs through their website (again today), and also spoke with representatives that continue to call our business requesting we utilize their services (for which we've already paid for). I have received no returned phone calls (other than cold calls requesting we use their services) and no email responses to date. Each time I ask to perform the setup of our account, I am hung up on.I would like a refund as well as to be removed from further calls. This is one of the biggest scams I have EVER seen. It's so disappointing.

  I run a business. I get several calls a week. Sometimes two times a day form this company. I have asked them to stop calling me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Every time I try to get them to no longer call me. I get hung up on. I feel harassed. I will never use their services. Considering how they treat me, I do not think this is a legit company.

  I have written several emails which I have not received replies to.I called them Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (today) and each time they answered the phone they said I need to speak to **** at the billing but hes on a call or on break or unavailable and will call me back. I asked them twice a time frame for when I could expect a call back - a few days or a week? - and they said they didnt know. One lady said within two days. Its been two days and I called today and was told the person I need to speak to is unavailable.This is all following the initial call I received last Friday morning from there wherein they falsely posed themselves as being from or with ****** letting me know I needed to update my businesss ****** business info and that they could do that for me, assign an account rep and the services coat a one time fee which I got a discount of $249.I went with it. I allowed them to charge my card. Later I looked up the ****** business page info and saw that anyone can update their ****** business page for free and I also found a ******* video of someone describing this exact business tactic. They are falsely presenting themselves as ****** and then not calling me back to fulfill a refund which they had on their website (which has interestingly changed since I looked at it last Friday) that they give refunds within two business days.
