This company constantly spam calls me from different spoofed numbers everyday multiple times a day. I block all the numbers and they continue calling from different spoofed numbers. They need to remove my phone number from any type of contact for any type of reason, period. Completely ridiculous they are allowed to operate their spam scam and continue this.Initial Complaint

I am writing to file a formal complaint against "My Business Verified" regarding their relentless and unsolicited phone calls to my private phone number. Despite my repeated requests over several months to stop calling me, the frequency of these calls has only increased, and I am utterly frustrated and disturbed by their lack of respect for my privacy and their use of spoofed phone numbers to circumvent call blocking measures.The primary reasons for my complaint are as follows:Unwanted Solicitation: "My Business Verified" has been incessantly calling my private phone number several times a day without any prior consent or interest on my part. I have not engaged in any business with this company, nor have I provided them with permission to contact me in any manner.Disregard for Request to Stop: I have made multiple polite requests for them to cease calling me. Unfortunately, their use of spoofed phone numbers allows them to bypass call blocking measures, making it impossible for me to avoid their intrusive calls.Intrusive and Maddening: The persistent nature of these calls has become a source of extreme annoyance and distress for me. Their continuous harassment has disrupted my daily life and privacy, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated.I am aware that the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) prohibits unsolicited calls and grants consumers the right to request that such calls cease immediately. However, "My Business Verified"'s use of spoofed phone numbers raises serious concerns about their business practices and adherence to applicable laws.I kindly request the BBB's urgent intervention in this matter to address "My Business Verified"'s unethical and intrusive behaviour. I would appreciate if you could initiate a thorough investigation into their business practices, particularly their use of spoofed phone numbers, and take necessary actions to put an end to this harassment.Initial Complaint

****** my business has done nothing short of harassed my phone every day (M-F) for answers that you cannot give them, they still continue their harassment despite efforts made to get them to stop. This company spam/robo calls my business phone MANY times per day, EVERY day (including weekends). This is extremely disruptive to our business. As soon as we block a number, the next call comes from a different number. This is criminal behavior, as it is impacting our ability to operate our small family-owned business.Business Response

- After requesting to be placed on their Do Not Call list on three separate occasions, our establishment is still being berated with calls from this business. We conduct a lot of business over the phone and are now having to deal with these interfering calls. Our business and day-to-day functions are being hindered by their actions. I was solicited a service to get my business verified on ******* So far I have seen no results after three months. they continue to charge my card and refuse to answer my emails or calls. I have asked to speak to my so called account manager as well as sent her emails. she refuses to answer, I did speak with a supervisor several weeks ago and he promised updates. none have been received.I called to cancel this service today and I was told I would have to wait for a call back which never came. My Business Verified floods our business with Robocalls every ***** minutes of the day. We are a ****** verified business, but they continue to call ** and say that we aren't and try to sell us services we have refused dozens of times. When we have asked the business to please remove us from the list, they have responded with swearing and unprofessional insults (including "You're not a real business owner" and "get back in the kitchen, B!+$#" among others). We have blocked over a dozen phone numbers, but they spoof numbers incrementally, and we haven't blocked every single one that they use. When we answer, it isn't a person on the other end of the line, and attempting to reach a person results in sitting on hold... and FOR WHAT PURPOSE? We have signed up for the National Do Not Call Registry just to make them stop. Please just leave us alone already!Business Response
