    Do not give the Sun Sentinel your payment info. I had a $15 digital subscription in 2021. I canceled it in December 2021. It is currently August 2023 and I noticed I have been charged $15 a month since May for this subscription again. I called my bank and opened a claim. A week or two later I get an email from the SS saying that they're posting a $27 charge to my card for a digital AND print subscription. I have never in my life requested this! Mind you, this is also the first email I've received from them about being charged, there has been no communication about my previous charges. I called SS and they said they never received a cancelation on my account. Clearly false as shown in my banking history. I told them to remove my account and my payment information from their servers. We'll see if they actually do. I know several other people who have had issues canceling their subscriptions.

    I bought a subscription. I never received a newspaper. I had to call several times, and the paper never came. I called to get my money back and they said the would mail a check. They didn't return to my credit card. They have no email and difficult to reach.I never received my refund by mail. They make it very difficult to cancel

    At the beginning of this year I took advantage of a new customer promotion offering and paid $160 for 52 weeks home delivery of the Sun Sentinel for 7 days a week. After 7 months the Sentinel was about to take another payment of $244 from an auto pay I had set up. In other words, I paid for 12 months and was only getting 7 months delivery. I could not resolve this with calls to 2 different billing representatives, who would just say that there was a price increase. I discontinued delivery of this paper and want to warn others of this type of deceptive billing on the part of the Sun Sentinel newspaper.***********************

    OK deliveries until renewal. Horrible service since. My subscription renewed and a year was charged on 7/5/23. Still no papers delivered to date. Called Customer Service 5 times. Empty promises to correct delivery issues. Foreign accented customer service operators who cannot be understood. I tried to cancel and requested to speak with a manager. No one available. Told to call again tomorrow before 1:00 pm. This seems to be a boiler room operation. No business's customer service department operates without a manager or supervisor monitoring calls and who can take an escalated call.

    I have been receiving Sun Sentinel when we go to Florida every winter. On March 10, 2023 I sent an online payment for $21.83 to them for delivery 2 days a week. I received maybe 4 papers and then when I did not receive a paper I called then and was told they stopped my paper because I did not pay. I proceeded to explain that I paid with online banking. I began to receive a newspaper again but that didnt last long. I called again on 4/23/2023 to cancel and refund my money. On 4/25/2023 I was told I would get a refund. I have been calling them and they have asked me for proof. I send them a snapshot of my payment. Still no refund. I finally realized I used the address in my account which was In ******** but the address was changed to ****. That was my fault, but someone in ******** took my payment. Dont know where they posted it. I told the Sentinel that. On June 20 I was told a check would be sent to me. But then I got an email from customer advocacy asking me to send a copy of my bank statement which shows I paid. I did that and then received another email asking for a copy of front and back of check. My bank said there is no check. It was an external withdrawal and because of that they cannot give me a refund without that proof! Even though I send my bank statement. I know its not a lot of money but its the principal of the thing.

    Shameful state of affairs at Sun Sentinel when it comes to dependable newspaper delivery service. We have NOT received our morning delivery more times than we have received it since subscribing. We switched from the ************ less than a month ago because of the same issue. The production must occur at the same facility for both papers. Its so sad and unreal to experience this in ***. When we were young, it was highly esteemed to be the paper delivery person. Every morning, at the crack of ****, someone would pedal by on a bike and toss the paper out to almost every home on our street. We still LOVE to read the morning paper over coffee and dont want just a digital version! Every day we call and someone in a call center says that the paper will be delivered later but half the time it still never is! This is absolutely abysmal customer service and so damaging to the brand and reputation of the Sun Sentinel. What the heck is going on and whats it going to take to get your act together and just consistently produce and deliver your product. Which we are paying for but NOT getting fair value for in exchange for our money! Is this the demise of your newspaper? Its certainly a sure technique to accelerate it if you cant even deliver to your most ardent and loyal customers! Weve had a subscription to the Sentinel for 20 years and just want to get our paper delivery issue fixed and get back to enjoying our coffee and morning paper.

    I have the same complaint as I see many other do. My carrier resigned 2 weeks ago and since then the paper has only been delivered twice. No matter how many times I call for redelivery, it never happens. They tell me a supervisor will call me within 24 hrs, never happens. They have a daily bogus recording on due to production issues, delivery wont be until 10am. (There are no production issues its delivery issues!!) the two times I did get the paper it was before 7:30 am, but the recording was still on on those days. Before my carrier resigned, the paper was there DAILY between 3-6am. Am I to assume these production issues started the day my carrier resigned?? Then if you do wait till 10am, the paper still wont be delivered and if you call at that time, they tell you its past the cutoff time for redelivery lol.. all while dealing with agents in ***************. This is out and out fraud. Something we paid for in advance. I am actually going to compose a letter to the state attorney generals office due to this fraudulent and unacceptable customer service. If you cant deliver a paper by the time you are supposed to, then stop offering the service we all know its only a matter of time until they go out of business, Id just like to help it along a little faster!! Been a subscriber for 21 years no more this paper will go the way of the home telephone obsolete!

    Sun sentinel is very unorganized and unprofessional. They did not deliver my newspaper and no one could help after I paid to have newspapers delivered on Wednesday and Sunday. Never gave me a refund. Ive called them more than six times with no help. Please dont waste your time or money on sun sentinel. You will not receive your newspaper. Im unemployed and recently had a stroke and I thought trying to read the newspaper would help me. The entire experience frustrated me. They have the worst customer service. No one can give you a answer .

    The print subscription that I gifted a neighbor 2 weeks ago has NOT been delivered as often as it has been delivered. I have spoken to customer service almost daily and the overseas rep has not been able to correct the poor service of subscription **********. Today after making two calls to correct the problem we were hung up on twice by supervisors. I am willing to drive the corporate headquarters in *************** ** to doesk directly to those in charge of newspaper deliveries but contact numbers are not published and promises that they will call me directly have not been fulfilled. One star is too high a rating for this service

    I only subscribe for Saturday and Sunday delivery and also have on-line access. We continue to have missed deliveries (9/4/22, 9/17/22, 9/24/22, 10/22/22, 11/12/22). So basically, 25-30% of my subscription are missed deliveries. I call, email, and basically get a canned response. I have asked that a Supervisor call me at least 5 times, no one ever calls. Absolute worse customer service of any business located in Broward County.
