      They insured the wrong home address,After I cancelled, they used my husbands debt card to withdraw money without my or my husbands permission

      Disappointed is the best thing I can say. There should be a "Zero" Star Rating.I've been a customer for 40 years. Paid the membership fee for 40 years for four family members - not a small amount in total. Probably have used them 4 times in the 40-year period.Mine was a towing experience - like others. And AAA is great on promises, but their "3rd Party Vendor" selection process - especially for Tow companies - has to have a pretty low ****** details to provide but suffice it to say that *** took the words of a Tow Driver over a 40-year customer and determined that they could not underwrite a loss caused by the driver.Canceled my membership and regret not taking a good long look at this a while back. If you are calling *** for a Tow, one recommendation is to videotape the entire tow connection and hauling - if you can. That's the 'evidence' they needed to underwrite on my behalf. How many consumers traumatized by having to have their vehicle towed - possess the mindset to videotape the guy dispensed by *** to help them? Very low attention to customer needs by ***.

      They left my 70 year old mother on the side of the road for 6 hours with one tow truck canceling as she was 5 miles out of their zone. I can not even believe this company is still in business.

      I called & talked to countless customer representatives within 3 days of losing my key. Only one person came out, nobody updated me on anything unless I called them. They requested multiple dispatchers to come help ********* of them came, none of them reached out to me until 8+ hours later & none of them had the correct address which I dont understand because AAA had the correct address. I kept getting sent off when I called AAA for any updates & in the end I had to call a separate locksmith to make a key for ******* was done in less than half an hour. This type of thing always happens when I need AAA. Every single time I call or use the app, they put me through the worst possible time when I just need help with my vehicle. I have been a loyal member for over a ********** simply dont understand how this keeps happening & I am severely reconsidering having this membership anymore.

      Called at 4:54pm was not towed until 10:37am the Next day! 17 hours later! At 7:04am someone from AAA left a message from a Blocked number asking if I 'still need service'(?) BEFORE MY TRUCK WAS TOWED HOME!The App doesn't work directs you to a ***** number and automated service. After answering all the questions it redirects you to an operator who asks all the same questions again! (Why have the automated service???)When I tried to call back the message said my number was recognized and a service was scheduled and to hang up and wait!When I finally got to talk to someone and they scheduled the tow the driver said he lived less than 3 miles from my truck and had 2 wreckers in his yard all night but they didn't call him until 9:30am!I had my daughter and mentally handicapped sister in the vehicle and luckily someone picked us up because *** would have left us there all night!I pay extra for ***************** and have been a loyal member for many years but when I renewed in 2023 it said 'loyal member since 2023'. Guessing they were bought by another company because it is NOT what it once was. They will never have my business again. 0 stars should be an option.

      Awful, their job is to help people in distress, they do exactly the opposite. They simply can't get you a tow , takes no less than 3 hours and that's if you're lucky. So much better off just calling the local guys and wait for them. Cheaper and less stressful at the end of the day. Hard to understand how they are still in business.

      Worthless service I will cancel at renewal. They set the 800 number up so its impossible to talk to anyone once you file a service request. They never show up and all you get from the 800 number is theyre having delays and will contact you. You never hear back from them. Its a scam company.

      Aggressive and disrespectful worker. AAA vehicle number Tag IABK20 Parked in a parkway blocking the exit and other drivers parked in the parking lot. When asked to move, became argumentative, refused to move and starting to insult. Had to call 911 in order to get him to move. Totally unprofessional, needs training.

      I never had a problem with Triple A living in ********************************, and I've been a member for years. Although, I just had the WORST!!! experience on my way to ****** this last weekend. I got a flat tire about an hour from ******, literally in the middle of nowhere and ended up sitting in my car for 4.5 hours waiting; first for them to come change my tire, then after 2 hours and the local road ranger showing up and telling me my car DOESN'T COME WITH A SPARE TIRE!!! I was beyond shocked. Ok, I'm a single female who doesn't have much knowledge on cars and I have a Jeep, not thinking cars don't come with spares nowadays, most stupid thing ever (but that's another complaint to Jeep!!) They kept telling me 30 minutes and they will be here...total b.s. So then it's dark and there is a bad storm coming and I'm still waiting. The girls on the phone were nice but the service of them not having anyone call me, update me and have me wait WAY TOO LONG to get a tow and $531 later on top of a new tire cost. They should be out of business for doing this to anyone!! I wouldn't go to a business that had this bad of service. They are supposed to help you not leave you even more upset and stressed. Thanks for ruining my weekend!! They deserve zero stars!!!

      Que horror!!!! Que horrible servicio!!! Que grocera la gente k contesta que horrible el sistema como trabajan en una situación que en vez de ayudar nos dio más stress… no lo recomiendo.. cobrando para dar mal servicio. Al final terminamos rentando un arrastrador de U-Haul y pagando a alguien k lo lleve… le di una Estrella para poder escribir mi review ….. 0 stars


       


      Translation: What a horror!!!! What a horrible service!!! How rude the people who answer, how horrible the system is, how they work in a situation that instead of helping us, gave us more stress… I do not recommend it… charging to give bad service. In the end we ended up renting a U-Haul trailer and paying someone to take it… I gave it one star so I could write my review… 0 stars
