      I waited for almost two hours for a tow and they had the nerve to have an automated machine tell me that due to high volume they basically didnt know when I would get a tow and to be safe. My mom has also had issues with them as well. What is the point of paying monthly if there are going to be these types of issues?!

      My son tried to use his membership on first long road trip. They didn't have any drivers or any help in the area where he broke down. They provided no help and no solutions. It wasn't even in a rural area. Right off the interstate near ******.

      Unreliable. Flat tire said 60 minute wait. Still waiting at 90 minutes then they said 2 hours. Wow have they gone downhill

      If I could give a zero I would! Do not use AAA Travel to book car reservations in airports. They do not keep up with the concession fees and charges that rental car companies charge, so these are not included in estimated charges at time of reservation! ***** be surprised when you get to the counter and finds that your good deal by being a AAA member is not a deal at all! Its a sham! You could end up paying $50-$100 more for the rental!

      AAA is by far the biggest scam. Its a waste of $. My car broke down and I called and waited for 2 hours for a tow truck, for them To finally tell me to locate my Own tow truck bc they cant locate a tow truck in the area. The whole reason to have AAA is to have reassurance that you will be taken care of in the event of an emergency but they honestly made the situation so much worse. I spent $300 for a tow truck to come and waited 3 hours. *********************. ************ is a scam.

      Absolute Fraud, wouldn't tow my vehicle broken down on the side of the road, claiming my dealer plate is invalid. Absolute robbery

      No longer a personal ***************.With a flat tire, I could not navigate the maze of computer mumbo jumbo.I ended up using a different service .

      Once again I have been disappointed in AAA. Needed a tire change (had the spare!) and was told 1.5 hour wait. That changed to a wait until the NEXT day!! No service providers!

      AAA is a FRAUD and should be called FFF. I can't even contact the agent or get a call back. 1 STAR IS TO HIGH OF A RATING!

      Absolutely atrocious service. Yes, it used to be great, now it's just a waste of your hard earned dollars, which they spend on advertising and endless marketing. But when it comes to assistance - not so much. My wait time went from 2 hours to 4 hours, to 5 hours, to when we have someone available
