      We incurred a $700 increase on top of our monthly premium when we added our daughter. Thank goodness there are better auto insurance companies out there. Beware of AAA.

      Terrible auto service.Damaged my car for $4900.00 of repairs. Took 5 days to get a battery replaced. I have been a customer for couple decades. There has been a lengthy decline in all aspects service and support.

      I wish I could give AAA a zero review. Perhaps negative numbers.I once LOVED AAA. They were the epitome of good customer service. Your car crapped out, you were panicky, then you called a concerned rep who seemed to care and quickly summoned a tow. These were people you could count on when you were vulnerable.But for the first time in three years last night I contacted them again. Everything had changed. Instead of a caring voice I entered voicemail h*** Finally a rep obviously from abroad told me a tow truck was coming. An hour later when no one arrived or contacted me, I was told the truck was minutes away. Another hour later, I was now told AAA was still trying to get me a tow truck...this one hour after telling me the truck was minutes away! Bottom line: I called for a tow and paid myself. The final insult: 6 hours later, at 1:30AM (when I was l now in bed. AAA texted me again. They had found a tow truck. Then the tower started texting me incessantly...all just in time to ruin a good night's sleep.A terrible experience. This service, once a Godsend, has become as uncaring, impersonal, and disinterested as every other company.It's a shame.

      Locked my keys in the car. Initially sent a tow truck driver with a shim and expansion bag to pry open the door. I refused to let him do that. Called AAA Back and they sent a qualified locksmith within an hour who made a door key on the spot. Both service agents I spoke to were helpful and pleasant. I've had AAA for years and this is the 4th time I've used them and every time has been good.

      AAA worst company I have ever dealt with! Today my wife had a blowout on the turnpike and called for assistance and 5 hours later someone finally showed up. All of the items were not in the car to drop the spare so it had to be towed and because they said we were not tier 2 she had to sit with the car and couldnt be driven home by the original driver. It took them another two and a half hours to get the tow truck there for a total of seven and a half hours of her sitting on the side of the turnpike. Way to be a class act AAA! You will never get another cent out of me! AAA is worthless and unprofessional *********************! If I could I would leave negative stars!

      Horrific. What are we paying for? Would be dead on the side of the road by the time AAA roadside assistance responds up here in the Catskills. Last time waited 5 hours then cancelled because no one was coming .This time, after putting a service request in. 1 hour passes, then a notification pops up.... Not assigned and cannot verify my account?Inexcusable for a large company. And to try to contact a live person? Good luck....

      You literally pay $120 some dollars for a annual Plus membership but can only use their services 4 times. This includes lockouts, flat tires, out of gas,and tows. My membership does not expire until the end of August and it is now March I can't even add on extra money to get an additional tow,that is not an option. Ridiculous I'm not renewing obviously.

      The past 3 times I needed ***, I was completely dissatisfied. The first took more than 6 hours for a tow. The second a simple lock out where I could have walked to, the *** repair facility which was practically next door, I waited so long that I finally cancelled the request and today I had a flat tire in my driveway and they wouldn't come because the vehicle that I just purchased wasn't registered yet because I have to wait for an appointment at motor vehicle. WTF! **********************!!!!!!!

      They were very rude and it took 3 hours where i was sitting in the side of the road waiting on a truck i called 3 times the first time they told me a truck was on its way a hour went by still no truck i called again the second time they told me they gave the truck another job and that i had to wait another 1hr for me just to get help i will be canceling my membership and finding someone different
