      If I could give 0 stars I would. On 8/24/22 I got a flat tire. I called AAA at 10:29 pm and spoke with an agent who explained that dispatch will be called and that I should get someone to call me back with a time to repair my flat tire. I did not hear anything from AAA. I called again at 6:07 am and spoke with AAA. I was told that dispatch is still taking care of calls and I need to wait for the phone call. At this point I needed to get to a meeting and explained that I will need to get an Uber since they didn't come out yet to fix my tire (why am I paying for 24/7 roadside assistance?). The person on the recorded line CONFIRMED that I would get reimbursed for the Uber. After the presentation I STILL did not hear from AAA so I called again. This time I opened a new ticket. This representative was helpful and in less than 5 minutes I got a text saying they are dispatching someone. My tire was finally replaced at 1:30 pm on 8/25. Again, this is not the service I would expect. 8/26/2022 - i called and was told to speak with reimbursement. I spoke with the reimbursement department who said they won't reimburse me for Uber and I have to speak with the ********************* I spoke with the complaint department who said they don't reimburse at all and that is through the reimbursement department. You see the issue? Also, the complaint department says they have NO record of my 10:29 pm 8/24 convo and 6:07 am convo. After 19 years of being a loyal customer, it is time for me to say goodbye. No one was empathetic nor they really cared how loyal I was to AAA. They just moved me from one department to another and I was on the phone for 1.5 hours total.

      What a abysmal company. Won't go into detail but suffice it to say they will s**** you like they screwed me. Don't spend your money on this company, and more importantly save your sanity. Will never have me as a customer again... like they give a c***

      I have been a AAA member for 15 years. Always been good until today. My car would not start and it was showing signs of bad battery. I contacted AAA and told them the problem. They dispatched mechanic to come out. However when waiting received 5 different messages when mechanic would be out. When they showed up the mechanic looked at my battery and told me they he did not have battery on truck. He contacted his company to see if they had batteries in stock to pick up and install. They told him they were closed and would have to wait for the next day to get battery. He checked battery ports and confirmed battery was bad. He said I would have to call AAA next day and reschedule. I called AAA back and they told me that this company was their only option for battery service and I would have to call back in morning to reschedule. This service was poor and makes me concerned to keep AAA. I travel for a living by car. What would they do if I was stranded. Say see you in the morning. I am a very concerned customer with the direction of this organization.

      AAA is wonderful. I received the best service from ****** on the phone when I initially called for a tow service. I also received great service from **** the driver. They were both very kind & helpful. Very efficient & great with answering questions & giving explanations on emergency assistance. Would highly recommend getting the annual membership with them. Very helpful. Thank you so much. I also wanted to say thank you for the great service & help I received for my mother in law, they came right away & were so quick to tow the car & were very courteous & friendly. So pleased.

      I have the worst experience ever with AAA. I called at 7:25 am For road assistance and they said they will assist me in 54 min. Was 11 am and nobody showed up. I passed out due to the hot weather. I called several times during my waiting time and the people in customer service cant contact dispatch. I going to cancel my membership. I have AAA for years and is the first time I called but is the last one.

      All these reviews are accurate. Been **************** member 31 yrs but no more after today. They are now worthless. Been waiting 4 1/2 hours for a tow and nothing. Multiple calls but no info....can't tell me who is coming, when they're coming and at this point I wonder IF someone is coming. WORTHLESS service.

      On 8/21/22 I placed a call for my car to be towed. It was denied as I sat on the side of the road and told that I had to pay for the tow. I was told that I had to wait the nine days for the new period. I had recently paid my annual rate of $94 to renew my membership, so I knew my account was in good standing. During that call, I was told that I had already used my four Calls for that period. One of those calls was for a jump of my battery. The second call was five minutes later when that battery still wasnt working. This call should have counted as a continuance of the same call. Plus, I purchased a battery from them at that time. I guess that doesnt matter. Another call that was made was for a different tow, but I was told that my membership had lapsed and I had to pay for the tow. The fourth call cannot be explained by them for some reason. All they know is the type of the car in the notes. This is a very poor business model for this company. Take everyones money and deny help when absolutely needed. I can see by all of the poor reviews posted here that this company needs to make changes or go away. Im okay with either one. Ill be cancelling my membership. I hope that call to **************** doesnt count against me.

      Unhappy with service. I have been a customer for years and my family mebers also .The one time I need assistance they couldn't come . I had left my house to take my granddaughter home forgot my purse and got a flat tire along aide the freeway. I Called for assistance and because I didn't have my ID on me or my card they would not send help . I offered to have them fix my tire follow me back home so I could give them What they wanted and still .no . SHE offered to send someone out and i pay out of pocket . She must not of heard me when i said i didnt have my purse that ment to money or credit cards. We sat in the car for 3hrs and 22 minutes till my daughter sent her road side service company to help us . If I could answer any questions about my info why did they let me down . I will not be renewing again with them and I'm sure once my family and friends hear about how they treated me they won't be either . You might want to think about how you treat your clients as they pay for your service and you should deliver . Do you really think people call for road side service for the h*** of it . NO they call for help . So thanks for nothing .

      We called AAA at 1pm to fix a flat. Its 8PM. We called several times; each time being told someone was on the way.Our first time using the coverage and will be canceling. TOTAL waste of money!
