    I have to admit that I was a little bit of skeptic at the beginning. I decide to try their service after finding out about their money back guarantee. I couldn't be happier going with DVcheck. Jim and Johnathan helped me with my case and through their service and advice, I managed to negotiate a deal with insurance company for $3k more than they offer me first.     DVCheck was able to get me close 15% more than the initial offer from insurance company. It was pretty easy and quick working with Jim. We had few emails and couple of calls through out the process. Jim gave us all the information needed for us to make a decision to go with an umpire and the umpire decision came in our favor. I would definitely recommend Jim and DVcheck.

    I would not recommend the service. It did not add any value to the process of negotiating a DV claim with an insurance company. The insurance company doesn't care what the DVCheck appraisal says. I was given an offer before I received the DVCheck appraisal for less than half of what DVCheck said the diminished value was. The insurance said take it or leave it and the appraisal from DVCheck made zero difference. While DVCheck said they would provide assistance the entire way they only advise they gave me was to take the insurance company to court.

    However, we would like to clarify some of the points mentioned in your review which were not truthful. Our records indicate that we provided you with a certified diminished value appraisal on 2/8/2025. We also offered guidance and support throughout the negotiations.
    Based on the email chain you shared with us involving your communications with the insurance company, we can see that the insurance company offered $200 on 2/14/2025, then increased the offer to $500 on the same day, and ultimately raised it to $1,500 on 2/18/2025. We understand that navigating insurance claims can be frustrating, but we believe our appraisal and assistance did add value and resulted in you getting a $1,500 offer.
    While we are always happy to support our clients throughout the process, it's important to note that the final offer from the insurance company is ultimately outside of our control. We also want to reiterate that while we strive to provide helpful guidance, the decision to pursue or not to pursue legal action rests with the individual customer. You elected not to proceed with that important step of the process.
    We appreciate your business and are sorry that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. If you would like additional support, we would be happy to assist you.

    Insurance companies total loss value reports always seem to come in low. I paid the $350 fee to DV Check and next thing I'm getting paid out $8700 instead of the $6700 that I was originally offered. If your insurance company is not willing to negotiate directly with you, don't take the low ball value report. Let these guys take care of it and get fair value for your vehicle.

    The DVCheck team was very helpful in my negotiations with the insurance company for a driver that hit me. Being in insurance myself, I was aware of my right to pursue diminished value for the damage that was done to my car, but I really didn't know what the process was to make that happen. They were great with providing me not only the needed documents but also suggested talk paths with the other insurance company. The process really was a negotiation, and the initial offer from the other company was below $1000, and by the time we were done, the final agreed number was over $3200, which was within $200 of the number that DVCheck initially had put together. Well-done guys, and thanks for the help.
