    My 23 Charger Hellcat was rear ended and Jim and his team did an incredible job throughout the whole diminished value process.     On my intake call, they said they would "go to bat for me" against other insurance groups. Once I paid, and I tried to get them to speak to the other insurance company, they then told me they can't speak to the other insurance parties, despite what was told to me on the intake call. This was one of the main reasons I wanted to use them. They also are not as versed in state law as they claim to be. They told me that if the DV claim didn't go through with the at fault company, my insurance must pick up the difference and pay me first. After months of fighting with my insurance company, I called the state insurance commissioner and they told me, no, my insurance company does not have to pick up the difference. They have not made the process any easier, and I already had started a DV claim with the other party's group when I started working with them, hoping to get more out of the process. They were of no help and a waste of money at this point. I would love to get a refund.

    I worked with the at fault driver's diminished value process before I used your services and got the 1863 offer on my own. You suggested that I was owed more and did not look into the case enough to understand the limitations in this case. You still suggested that you could get me more and to keep asking my insurance carrier to pay the rest, which it is not required of them, so you gave poor information.
    You claimed that you would speak with the at fault driver's insurance on a recorded line, and that turned out not to be true, so how about you lay out exactly what your services would offer if I were to go to small claims court. I don't want to input my time and resources if you guys won't do what you say you will do.

    I had a near brand new Sienna (2 months old) get scraped in a parking lot. DVCheck provided a great diminished value report that I then provided to ***** ***** ***** **** on the other hand did their absolute best to deny any diminished value claims, repeatedly stating $0 in diminished value despite DVCHECK kindly providing a second market research panel to show that the real loss was closer to 15%.
    In the end I had to take it to small claims court, with DVCheck's help I was well prepared for the case and the judge found in our favor to the order of $8500. I never would have believed that the outcome would be so positive. Thank you so much DVCheck and all the wonderful helpful people who work there.

    At first I was skeptical... but in the end I was thrilled with DVCheck!
    I have a friend who is a personal injury attorney, and he suggested that I file a dimensioned value claim on my 2020 Honda Odyssey Elite that was rear ended. We were hit pretty hard and I am shocked the vehicle was not totaled. To file a diminished value claim a bunch of research needs to be done and recorded to be filed with the liable party's insurance... I just didn't have time to do it, so I hired DVCheck for $350 to do it for me. They did all the research, prepared all the reports, and even gave me the email templates to email the claims department of the liable party's insurance company. They insurance company pushed back once, offering $5000 less than what DVCheck demanded, and DVCheck helped me reply to their ridiculous offer. In the end, the insurance company folded after just one more email, and we received more than $6,000 in compensation for diminished value. I would have never gotten that much on my own, I am very happy with the result. All in all I did less than an hour of total work, including hiring DVCheck, talking with them, and talking to the insurance company. I got fair compensation because of DVCheck's hard work.

    I actually had 2 vehicles hit within 4 weeks of each other... both were liable by the other party. Both vehicles were previously undamaged Lexus. I ran the service for each vehicle and was extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the reports. My wife works in the insurance industry for commercial liability and previously auto liability and she said that the reports were some of the best she has ever seen... but, did they work? Yes. Here are the results:
    Vehicle 1: Lexus GS350 - first report $4,600 in diminished value with 4x comps. Rejected by the insurance company and stated that they run their own. They came back with $2,000 offer. I reached back out to DVCheck and they ran another report with 2 very current comps that was $4,650. I resubmitted and challenged their findings. They came back with a $3,500 offer, I accepted.
