      February 1 I ordered two knives from them. I checked my e-mail and they said my products were shipped that day. The problem in lies is , the tracking number I was given says my order is still sitting in *****. On their website it says we assure you that my order is in **** hands. Where do I go from here ? Obviously these guys are cowards and dont have , well, you know.

      On 11/26/22 I purchased an item online from Blade City. The item was a Mini Ghost Satin Tanto blade style knife. The cost of the knife was $69.95, but also paid for first class shipping $5.08 for a total of $75.03. The item was listed as instock and ready for shipping. Since receiving the order confirmation and the company charging my credit card I have had no communication with Blade City. I have reached out several time via email the morning of 12/8/22, the evening of 12/8/22, 12/9/22, and again on 12/12/22 with no response to any email. I have also called many times and no on ever answers and their VoiceMail is full. This seems to be consistent with other complaints. I have also messaged them on Instagram Thursday 12/8/22 after seeing they were actively posting. At this point I would just like my money refunded and for this company to no longer be able to an online retailer. They have chosen to be dishonest with many customers and that is evident with all of the complaints about the same issues. Company website: blade-city.com

      I ordered a product from blade city on November 28, 2022. My order number is ******. I received an email on November 29, 2022 stating my order had shipped. I have the tracking number, but I have not received my order yet and the tracking information has not updated. It still says "shipping label created". According to their website it should've been here in 1-3 business days once shipped. I tried to contact them with no response. I would like my product and a refund.

      Made an order 11/24 and after checkout they made it sound like you would get a coupon for $30 off your next order but instead they just add an extra knife to the order you already placed and charge you $30 off something you dont want. Its been almost 20 days since Ive ordered and they havent sent anything yet. Their website clearly states items will be sent within 2-3 days and shipping would take 3-7 business days and you would receive a tracking number via email which hasnt happened. *** tried calling this company 13 times and well as sending 4 emails with no reply on the status of my order OR a refund. They have basically stole $90 from me. This company needs to be shutdown due to fraud.

      - Nov 6, 2022 - paid $173.80. - priority 1-2 day shipping. - Order #******. I had ordered from Blade City the big Mystery Battle Box by Viper Tec, with priority shipping (to address: ***********************************************************************), and never received a tracking number when they said I would receive a tracking number shortly. That never happened, so I emailed support who responded, saying that, "Mystery boxes are shipped the last week of the month.' and I'll get the tracking number sometime then, to which I asked why I paid for priority 1-2 day shipping if it wasn't possible, like falsely advertised. They haven't responded yet, and I refuse to be stuck in limbo with the company taking predatory advantage of it's customers.

      I purchased a "knife of the month" subscription two weeks ago. I have yet to receive even confirmation that my order is being processed. They took my money immediately though. No one ever answers their customer service phone and I have sent them multiple emails which have gone unanswered. Do not shop Blade City!

      I have repeatedly greater than 6 times tried to contact this company blade City in ***** there their mailbox is always full I have a simple question that there website cannot answer and I need to be contacted

      On the 1st if September I placed an order worth $140. Their site says they will have orders shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed. I opted in for 1 to 3 day delivery for an extra $13. It is now the 12th of September and my order has still not left the warehouse. Here comes the best parts.... I've received 3 separate emails stating my order is fulfilled and has been shipped but they never gave me a tracking number. I log into my "account" and see that they have only printed the shipping label 3 days ago. So the first 2 emails about it being shipped were blatant lies. In total I've received 8 emails. 3 of those stated my order shipped and the other 5 are them telling me that my concern has been escalated to management. Same prewritten copy and paste emails. On top of that they are using the ************* *********** as their excuse for my order being late. They have told me that my order has shipped and the reason for slow delivery and no updated tracking info is because the **** has covid problems. I'm not lying about this. You can go and see their explanation of this on their shipping info page. But does the **** force you to lie to your customers too?? They've stated that if my order wasn't shipped within 2 days that they'd refund me the $13 express delivery fee. That was 6 days ago. I mentioned it in an email I sent them Saturday and now they don't respond. How is this place still allowed to do business online with all of the exact same reviews. Reviews that my careless self failed to read before placing the order. They have no care about serving the people they took money from. They took the mo ey out of my account immediately but can't even tell you the truth about what's going on with your order. On top of that I've discovered that Blade City owns ********* knives. So that fancy name they are throwing around likes it's some kind of big deal is just them placing a fancy name on their knockoff OTF knives. See attachment for shipping balme on USOS

      On October the 13 of 2020 I had ordered 3 products from this company and I only received one of said products so I contacted them asking for a resolution and I have yet to get a response to fix the issue.

      Placed an order on 6/29/2022. Received order on 7/5/2022. Problem is they sent a totally different knife than what I ordered. The knife I ordered was $60 and the one they sent was a cheap $20 knife. Tried calling, voice-mail is full. Have sent several emails and I usually receive a response right away. Now have dealt with 3 different people and nothing is resolved. Lots of promises but no action. At this point I just want my money back.
