      It appears that it's a common fraudulent practice of Dollar Rental Car to charge people for the extra insurance even when the customer declines it! Same thing just happened to me from the Orlando location. Charged an extra $233! When I returned the car and told the Dollar employee, she said I signed for it so there was nothing she could do. She was rude and disinterested. It seems like this is a common theme with Dollar. Per their website, I messaged with a Christa on FB messenger. She assured me she passed it to escalation team and they would respond to me. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AND NOW NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES. Dollars is a total scam - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Tell all of your friends and family to not rent from them, leave bad reviews on their business wherever you can. Total fraud.

      Dollar at national airport charged me a $100 cleaning fee. There was no one nor any animal in the vehicle the 4 days I had it. If there was dog hair it was from the previous renter!
