    Ordered over 2 years ago. Still no toilet. Have tried calling, sent email no response. Said due to covid19 running behind. I've been very fair about this but it's been a long time not to hear anything. Would like a refund or toilet. Maybe you guys can get their attention. Thanks

    Hello, I ordered a C-head Matte White composting toilet from this company on January 27th 2022. I was charged on **** ending in **** with receipt #********* for an amount of 955.00. I never received the product. Due to some operational changes at my farm we ended up buying another toilet and didn't realize that I hadn't gotten a refund until now.

    Placed the order on 9/1/22 and expected the to receive the order around 11/17/22. Contacted the seller on 1/6/23 to check the status of my order. The number provided on the email invoice ************ only gave a busy signal, I tried a several times. Sent an email and did not receive any information back. I tried again on 1/10/23 after not seeing reply to my email and again the number gave a busy signal. I also tried the phone number associated with the ****** invoice ************ and this number shows disconnected. I clicked on the website link provided on the invoice and the web site is redirected to *************************, which is unsecured. After clicking th unsecure link it shows that the domain is not connected to a website. I then searched through ****** and found the BBB website for the company and I see that I am not alone and there are a lot of people who have the same issue. I paid through ****** and have filed resolution from them as well

    I purchased a C-Head Composting Toilet on their website on 2/18/2022 for $915 with a promised shipping 3-4 weeks plus 4-5 days delivery. I still have not received my order. I corresponded with them by phone, email and through their website. I received an email from ******************************* on 5/11/2022 explaining various problems they were having because they moved. ****************** promised my order would be shipped around 6/15/2022 yet I still have not received it. I continued to contact them several times each month after this and have not received any addition communication from them. They had a banner on their website posted around May or June that orders would be delayed 4-6 weeks. I requested a refund in my last communications but there has been no response or return of money. My payment to them was through PayPal. I am filing this complaint so I can get a refund of $915 as I believe there is no hope of me receiving this product. (FYI, the address on my order is different than this complaint as I was in the process of moving and I was having the product shipped to a friend's house.)

    We purchased a C-Head by credit card on July 30 2022. We paid $965.35 US and we have never received it to date or heard from the company despite multiple attempts. .

    Placed order for 1 C-Head composting toilet on 08/29/2022. Order # ***** for $825 + $50 shipping. I followed up with an e-mail to *************** questioning what shipping carrier they used so I could prepare for a possible off-grid delivery situation. I never heard back. On 11/07/22, at the 10-week completion projection, I called, a recording said they are too busy to answer the phone and they suggest using email or their website to contact them. The email bounced back undeliverable and the website no longer exists. I want a refund for this product in the full amount of $875. I am trying to dispute with my credit card company as well.

    On March 24, 2022, I ordered a C-Head Composting Toilet (order ******* and paid $1010.00 through ******. I never received the C-Head "Shorty" toilet. Starting in September I began emailing the company (many, many times) and leaving phone messages on the voice mail. On June 10, 2022, I received the only response I've gotten from them--an email reply from Michelle V***** asking for patience and understanding because of supply-chain challenges. Though I expressed understanding and the willingness to be patient in a reply to her (same day), it is now nearly 5 months later. Many repeated attempts to reach the company through email and phone voicemail messages have gone unanswered.

    I ordered a C-Head composting toilet on 7/29/2022 and paid $875 (including shipping) via a debit card. The charge cleared 7/31/2022. We were told 10 weeks+3-5 days for shipping. We have never received further communication from C-Head, and have made several calls, sent e-mails with no response. Today, we checked their website, which is no longer valid. Now, after seeing all the negative customer complaints, we realize we have been a victim of fraud. This company should be made to pay restitution to all the customers who have dutifully paid for a product that has never been received. This is a disgrace and they should be punished appropriately.

    Purchase online 1 Aug 2022 a C Head composting toilet from company ($1326 CAD) and was immediatly billed on my credit card including shipping fees to Canada. Company has not delivered and will not respond to any communication and has just recently shut down their web site. Reviewing recent complaints and comments, and the removal of their web site, I can only surmise that there will be no delivery or reimbursement. Would prefer delivery.

    Ordered a C-Head in February, 2022. Receipt ********** dated 2/17/2022 paid 915.00 . Never received product. Have called many times and can only leave a message. No one calls back. Have emailed many times, did receive 1 return email. A stock reply, with no information about my order. Please help.
