Made Purchase of C-Head in March 2022. Understood they were having issues and moving. Gave benefit of the doubt and waited. Contacted with concerns but waited . . . and waited. Placed an order with C-Head LLC on April 21, 2022 for a Composting toilet for the price of $825 with a max delivery of 5 weeks. It is now more than 14 weeks later with no delivery. I have tried to reach out to the company by phone and email many times for either the product or a refund with no response. Could you please help resolve.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on or around 14th April for a standard white C-Head toilet. Lead time then was 5 weeks. Now on the web site it says 10 week lead time. It is now 12 weeks and no call or contacting me to explain. I have used the [email protected] 5 times and left various messages on the telephone. No answer at at. On April 26, 2022 We ordered a C-Head composting toilet and fully paid the $925.55 cost for the product. The delivery date was stated as 3 - 4 weeks. We have not received the product and company will not respond to any emails or voicemails. Company's website does not list a physical address. I made a purchase with C-Head on February 20, 2022 for one of their composting toilets. The transaction total is $975. Order ****** & Receipt #*********. In the email it says that it would take 3-4 weeks + 3-5 days shipping. I didn't receive the product. I figure everything's backed up so I allowed a couple more weeks to pass and then tried to contact them with no response. Then their website updated and they said they had changed locations and were going through emails and would catch up soon. That was over 2 months ago and I call them regularly and have still not heard from them. I tried to dispute the transaction on my credit card, but they can't because too much time has passed. I just want a refund for a product I never received, but this vendor is completely unresponsive and I'm hoping someone can help me with that.Initial Complaint

Purchased item online having done business in the past with them i had no concerns. In April i noticed website update there where moving and expectation of early shipment gone. May i tried contacting them by phone, email, facebook messenger. No answers from contacts. Presently in florida and went to address talked landlord of property and they had broke lease and vacated current address you have. He stated that 5 other people had asked the same questions i did recently. So trying to do small claims in court. Don't have address for Randy and Derrick G***** yet. I purchased a C Head composting toilet on 3/27/2022 for $975 that was immediately charged to my card. At that point there was a 5 week lead time for shipping, according to their website. I have attempted SEVERAL times to contact them via phone and email with no response. It is now 12 weeks later and I still do not have the product I have paid for. My first attempt to contact them was on 5/18/22. At that time their website had been updated with several messages stating they had moved facilities and all messages had been lost prior to the move. All I was trying to find out initially is if that included orders being lost too. But at this point I have given them my order number and the lack of response, despite updating their website on a regular basis, has left me very dissatisfied and now I just want my money back.
