On May 17, 2022, I placed an order for a C-Head Shorty for use in our sailboat. I received an immediate thank you for my order, as well as having $975 charged against my credit card. There has been no shipment or response of any other kind in the intervening weeks and months, in spite of numerous attempts to reach the company via email, phone calls and web-site messages. It's not clear to me that the company is still in business. At this point I will accept either delivery of the product or refund.Initial Complaint

On 6/7/2022 we ordered a composting toilet from C-Head for $875.00. We were told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks, but we would not be charged until it shipped. When we received our statement, it showed that we had been charged on 6/7/2022. We began trying to contact the company by email and phone with no response from them. We have tried to contact them seven times with no response. It has now been 13 weeks with no product and no response from them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a composting toilet from C-head LLC ON 3/5/22. I paid $915. in good faith. It was to be delivered in 4-5 weeks. I didn't get it. I contacted the company and was told due to moving to Eustis FL and covid issues I would have it by the end of May. I didn't get it. I have contacted the company several times with no reply. They did put a statement on their website on 6/7/22 stating all orders would be 10 weeks out. I still don't have my toilet and still can't get any response from the company. I ordered two toilets from C-Head LLC on March 28, 2022. The order number is *****. C-Head immediately charged and was paid $1,750.00. At time ordered was told would be shipped *** Priority (3-4 Weeks + 3-5 Days Shipping). I emailed C-Head on May 14, 2022 to ask status of my order. I received an email back on May 16, 2022 stating "Your order is currently on track to be sent out around the 20th of June". I received a box on June 20th that I thought was one toilet. IT WAS NOT! I began trying to contact C-Head again on July 7, 2022. I have sent numerous emails, phone messages, and have asked on the website for a response to my inquiry of order *****. I work with Boho Camper Vans and we placed an order on May 20 ****** for a C Head Shorty Toilet. On our receipt it says that it will be shipped *** Priority 3-4 weeks + 3-5 days shipping. It has been 13 weeks. I have reached out over 5 times via email and also have left 3 voicemails. I have not had a response back as to the ETA of my order. On Mar 16, 2022 C-head took my $950 for an order. They explained it would be several months. I have attempted numerous x's to cont. them via e-mail & phone.. No response. website said On June 7 website said we are 10 wks. out. that is now past .I listened to your recording about this company , so I'm guessing tough luck. I would still love to get my product as I need it and from what I can discern their product is good if you can get it. I ordered a c-head shorty in May 2022 with an expected 6 week lead time. Paid 975 for the product up front. I sent an email confirming that I would receive my purchase on or before July 15 and received confirmation this would happen from the business email. Since then I have followed up several times via email, phone, and chat with no response. The due date confirmed by the company has come and gone without a single message from them. At this point I am very concerned that this has been a scam and I will not receive a product at all. My absolute last date for pick up is September 1st and I am looking for confirmation this will happen.
