    I am owed a payment from the business in the wake of the sale of an entire property containing my timeshare, a residual right amounting in the thousands. I have provided ALL needed documents, and have been in contact through every method possible for at least a month. I get that it takes time to settle a big real estate sale, but they acknowledge that they owe me the money, and I can't get resolution through any channel over a period of months.I have spent HOURS on hold, and have provided all documentation through every available channel.

    So the organization has acknowledged receipt and validation of the documents they required from me, and they have sat on them for more than 20 business days. I have still received no payment. They owe me $5059.

    I called and emailed them yesterday, but there has been no response or update through their portal. This whole process was initiated on 3/18/2024.

    We have been told that a check for our Residual Rights in our ******************** 4671 which was sold in 2023 would be sent. We have attempted to contact the company via telephone and internet multiple times without successfully finding out when we can expect our payment.I have currently been waiting for 1 hr 10 minutes and have gone from 18 to 12 in line to talk to someone. I find the lack of response and the difficulty in contacting them a significant problem for any company in the hospitality business and I would not recommend Interval International or Interval Servicing to anyone. I need our refund and an apology.

    We have not had any correspondence from Interval Servicing in response to our original complaint.  The payment for the Residual Rights (Copy attached) has not been received and they have not responded to our requests for information about when we can expect to receive the payment due  to us.

    I have tried contacting the business thru email and also tried to call the phone number provided but I have news on hold for like 4 hours. I am trying to get the form to make a title modification to receive my residual rights payment. My father passed away 9 years ago and I am a the personal representative and I am also an owner on the contract. I dont know why I need to change anything. Just submitting my probate papers and death certificate should be good enough. However no one has returned any correspondence to make the changes they are requesting. Seems like they dont want to pay out of help others receive their payment.

    I have been trying for a full week to get someone from Interval Servicing to call me regarding my points. I have emailed twice. No response. Sat on the phone 2 hours one time, between 50 minutes and 60 minutes multiple times last week - they never answered. I was told I had to pay the maintenance fee of about $1000. before they could discuss my points. I did that. They are still not showing that my points were transferred and no one will answer the phone at **************. I lost a credit card and was trying to give them an update so that my monthly contract amount could be in good standing. They still won't ************** I've read they sold - I did not receive information about that and I feel like I just got scammed out of $1k. I am considering reaching out to an attorney. If the Royal Resorts sold but Interval Servicing is still handing payments - why won't they answer or respond?? The sent a QR code for me to pay maintenance fees - which I did. But now I don't know what's going on - who owns the property - who I'm supposed to be paying etc. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

    I have been trying to speak with a representative from Interval Servicing for several days either by. telephone or email. I've sent many emails with no response. I've been on hold for up to 7 hours and there is always ***** people ahead of me. After waiting for hours on hold I've been disconnected. I am trying to get information on paperwork that is due me and no response from Interval Servicing.

    Our timeshares were sold in 2023, Royal Resort, ************** Resort., ******, ******. We, like many others, deserve a residual payment for each purchased timeshare.     On Tuesday, February 20, 2024, Interval International was able to reach ************************************** regarding the concerns mentioned on the Better Business Bureau Complaint.  Interval International is a vacation exchange provider and does not sell, manage nor operate any resorts.  Interval International recommended ********************* to contact the resort managing offices for further assistance regarding her concerns.  Interval International provided the telephone numbers to ISCO ************** and **************.

    Our (2) timeshares were sold in 2023, Royal Resort, **************, ******, ******, Contract No. ******* and ******. We, like many others, deserve a residual payment for each purchased timeshare. We have got little to no accurate information as to the amount due to us or payment timetable when contacting Interval Servicing *** Calling them waiting hours (last contact took six hours on hold) and then getting vague and so far incomplete answers to the above stated basic questions.     Interval Servicing owes us $1,085.00 for the rental of our time share property Week 45 *************** Nov *****, 2023. We have not received our payment and I have been contacting the company since December 19. Initial contact was an hour long wait to speak to someone who said they would look into it. Since that time, I have emailed, called and tried to chat many, many times with no response. On January 2, I was on hold for five hours. I finally was next in line for an agent but no one ever picked up and it was after hours. Perhaps the check has been lost in the mail but I have been trying a month and a half for some one to resolve this and can't even reach anyone.

    I am trying to update owner info since my mother passed away and I am listed as an owner too. I was waiting for someone to pick up for over two hours ten days ago and when a representative spoke to me, he took my contact info and said he would email me the form to complete. I never received the form. I never received an email. Today, I am waiting now over three hours to speak to a representative to help me. When I first called, I was 8 in line. Now I am 4 in line.

    Thank you for helping me.  By way of update, I was waiting on the phone for 5 1/2 hours yesterday to speak to a representative 

    I was 8 in line and by 4pm I was next in line

    at 6:15 pm the  call was disconnected by interval international with no one speaking with me 

    I have not been able to speak to someone and resolve my issue

    I have been made aware that you have received other complaints about the Royal Resorts (RR) split-up and sale to IHG and Hilton. Interval Servicing handles the points program for stays at Royal Resorts. The big issue seems to be the fact that, under our contract with RR, we, as members, were allowed to choose to use our points to stay at any RR facility, per our contract agreement with them. We have done so in the past. With the split-up and sale of RR, confusion has arisen and their reps dont know what to tell members in regards to where and how we can use points. I have personally been given conflicting information by several different reps, in the course of making several phone calls to them over the last few weeks. Some examples: 1) Theyre not taking reservations now; or that we can make reservations but only for our home resort and that we cannot transfer points to the other resorts or that we can transfer our points to the other resorts but there is a penalty. Obviously the whole operation is in turmoil. We Points Members are caught in the middle between Royal Resorts/ Interval Servicing and IHG and Hilton. This complaint is really against Royal Resorts, Interval Servicing, IHG, and Hilton and the ambiguity of our status. My contract # is *******. My membership # is *******. They really should have planned ahead before this buy-out and informed their employees and customers of equitable options. They are not honoring our contract.

    Interval Servicing Company, LLC is an administrative servicing company for some of the programs implemented in Royal Resorts. In regards to ********************** complaint, I would like to affirm that:

    a) Interval Servicing Company was not part of, nor involved in the Royal Resorts split up and sale to IHG and Hilton.

    b) Interval Servicing Company was not involved in the customer service assistance provided to *******************

    c) Interval Servicing Company was not part of, nor involved in the sale of the points program ****************** referred to in her complaint.

    In short, Interval Servicing was not involved or part in the events described in ********************** complaint.

    As part of Interval Servicing Company administrative services, we notified the appropriate parties about this complaint and they mentioned they would attempt to work with the member in reaching an amicable solution. Our recommendation is for ****************** to continue to reach out to the contact numbers, members were provided.

    I am rejecting this response because:  We had an offer from Royal Resorts to give us a partial exchange for points, but not a 1:1 exchange.  Other members have received a 1:1 exchange.  How can this be fair?  In addition they will raise our membership fees to almost double what they were last year.  That is unacceptable.  We ask for a complete refund and termination of our membership.  This is a fiasco.
