1 starI was led to believe I would receive government funding for windows and doors that I was purchasing from this company. The sales representative ******* assured me that if my application for the government program was submitted and accepted at the time of purchase the monies would be secured. This was untrue! By the time they installed the windows and doors and the inspection took place, the funding had run out! I am now left with a $25k loan that I would have never proceeded with if I had known I would not receive the funding. I was willing to overlook the fact that their prices were overinflated thinking I would recover some of the money in this government ****** Now that I am seeing the slew of negative reviews I could kick myself for not doing my homework!Review fromCora S

1 starWe purchased impact in 2017 which have a lifetime warranty. I called them in October to report a problem with three windows. They scheduled an appointment for November 14, 2023 for inspection. I received a phone call from someone that they could not come that day but rescheduled for November 21. The person showed up two hours late and said the seals were leaking, took pictures and said someone from the company would call us. I have called weekly asking for an update and have been told a person named **** would call back. Today, Dec.11, I called again because of no response. I was told they would email **** the person assigned to our claim and the Operations Manager. I think these people are frauds. Huge dollars spent and no service.Review fromBrian T

I have still not been compensated for the uncleanliness and throwing away of my property. I was told to take over financing before a check was cut to me, this is now 14+ days with upholding my portion of the agreement with nothing done from FHIA.- My house was left messy. There were shards of aluminum and debris from the old windows left in my carpet. I was told this is construction so there is dirt. I was also told we will have cleaners paid for but that is yet to happen. - Accordion shutters were thrown away. My old accordion shutters were thrown away when I told them specifically to leave them in my garage. No excuses, just not paying attention and didnt listen to what I told them. I contacted the project manager *********************** about this and he told me to ask the workers if they knew what happened.- Project manager was hard to get a hold of. ***********************, the project manager wasnt responsive and hard to get a hold of throughout the process. When I encountered these issues and contacted him, his mailbox on his work phone was conveniently full. **** was also pressuring me to call the finance department after the windows were installed before the inspection, I was clear the job isnt completed until inspection but I think they wanted to close out their job before it was completed. - No follow through and compensation for damages. *********************, project manager ***************** boss, also attempted to resolve these issues but never followed through. Basically keeping empty promises for cleaners and solutions.I am still waiting for FHIA to complete their portion of the project by upholding their promise to cut a check for these. I am honestly displeased with the issues, lack of attention to detail, and need these to be resolved, so I thought I would share publicly. Thanks!

1 starThis company is harassing me at work with several phone calls from several different phone numbers. I have no clue who they are or why they are calling me, but they just won't stop, every time I block their number, they call from a different number. This is harassment and I am reporting this company to FTC, and if I need to, I will call an attorney for the harassing me especially during work, I could list at least 10 different numbers, all VOIP numbers they have called me from.Review fromShannon D

1 starWe signed a contract for 5 windows in Nov. They installed 3 and said we had a structural problem. Our contractor did everything to find something to satisfy them. THE PROBLEM DIDN'T EXIST! They canceled the contract and we got an undocumented refund. No call. NEVER WOULD WE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Now we start over.Review fromAlkeisha J

2 starsFHIA installed a shower and a tub. The price was 15k. The shower nozzles and handles are the cheapest on the market and they will tell you not to buy any other products. One must use their fixtures only. After the 2day install and the job is complete FHIA calls you to set up a follow-up appointment, just to totally ghost you. In my opinion they are to expensive and the products are cheap.Review fromKevin L

1 starI have purchased the windows from this company as they come with a lifetime warranty. Its been over a year and a half and they came and measured the windows three times and still the glass comes up couple inches short. I have been trying to reach the general manager and the office manager for over six months now and no one has called me back or told me anything I have called the office several times to ask for an update and they tell me the glass will be there in two months. The glass will be there in 30 days. The glass will be there in six weeks. In eight weeks. I highly highly highly would not recommend this company for future renovations.Review fromDavid G

1 starI have a signed agreement #******** dated 12/12/2022 for a tub to shower conversion with the FHIA Remodeling Representative ***** *******. On 2/24/23 I received a text message from **** with FHIA requesting to talk. On 2/25/23 we talked and **** informed me that FHIA was pulling out of the deal because of the price. Two text messages sent since to FHIA employees I have worked with during this attempted transaction have not received a response.
