      Very poor quality install from FHIA. The installers had to come back several times to clean the slider frame, and window frames which had grease, smudges and what appeared to look like scratches all over the windows and sliders. There was slight damage to the bottom of the inside slider frame which they tried to repair. You can still see that it was damage because of the chalking they used to try to repair and cover it up. The chalking inside and out looks so unprofessional, and looks like someone just beginning to know how to do it. It looks terrible and even inside where they chalk each window. I probably could of done a better job. The reason for the sloppy work is that the FHIA send back 1 worker to chalk the inside window frames and he brought either his girlfriend or wife to help. How unprofessional is that. And if you look at the chalking job, you will agree with me. They used to much of it on the inside as well on the outside. They had to send the installers back to repair indented scratches on the inside of frame of the slider. They used 2 different types of a product called Gator 180 prepare and 220 finish sanding sponge. Who allows their workers to do this king of sloppy unprofessional work. I had several conversations over the phone with different people of the company. One person told me since the workers live in Miami it was iffy if they were going to come back to my house. The owner of the company started to get aggressive with me and then sent the installers back in which he rushed them to complete the work. I tried calling the salesman back that sold me the product in which he used pressure tactics and never returned my phone call. What kind of so called professional company does things like the above to their customers and me being one of them in which I paid almost 28K. To this day in which I am writing this review, I am still waiting for a return phone call in which I suspect I will never receive back.

      We had a great experience with FHIA. We had them install 5 hurricane windows and new front doors. The workmanship was amazing. The windows were done in one day. The original front door was a single door that opened out. They were able to change it to double doors that open in. We are very pleased with the new doors. The two men that did the work cleaned up everything before they left. Fabulous job!! We have had our first hurricane since installing and we are very happy.

      Amazing all around. From the person I met at Sam’s club to the installer. This is a first big home improvement for us, and we don’t regret it. The sales people walked us through everything. Answered all of our questions. When the installers came, the project manager made it a point to stop by and ask how things were going and followed up after they finished too. It was a great experience all around.

      FHIA was excellent! Starting **** ****** our sales agent who was great and very professional. He made the whole process very simple.The installers that came were also excellent. Super professional efficient and clean with their work. I would absolutely recommend this company for impact windows! No complaints at all start to finish!

      The sales staff as well as the project manager were on top of their skill set. The installation crew did a professional job in installing the windows that were purchased. A total of 4. The crew before installing the windows they took the time to prep the floors/carpets around the windows as well as thru ways with heavy kraft paper, tarps and plastic. The windows look fantastic compared to the originals. Windows are well made. Kudos to FHIA remodeling.

      So far , I am very pleased with my new impact windows. FHIA is a great company to do business with ! From the start, **** ******** did a great job demonstrating the windows and worked hard to give me every discount available to me. Told me 4-6 weeks for installation and I thought , yeah, right ! Well he was right, windows installed and done in that time frame !The installers were nice, respectful of my property and did their best to keep dirt and debris from getting into the house. They did an awesome job and the job passed inspection with flying colors !I would highly recommend FHIA !!!
