I am 92 years old. I did not realize I was on an autoship, nor a 60 day trial from the day I signed up for the product, not from when I received. The product did not work and caused other issues. I tried to return the product at 62 days and was informed I could not, nor get a refund from the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone!Great HealthWorks, Inc.

We take our customers comments seriously and are disappointed to hear that our product did not meet your expectations.Upon receiving this review, we are happy to have had the opportunity to speak with you and explain the 60-day MBG terms. On July 26, 2024, you contacted our company and requested to cancel the autoship. We canceled the autoship as requested and explained that the account was outside the 60-day money-back guarantee and did not qualify for a refund.
However, as a courtesy, we refunded the last OmegaXL and Turmeric XL orders you received. We ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing. We welcome future requests via our **************** line at ************** or *********************************** Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
