***** was my human agent today. Very nice person. Changed my auto-ship date with ease. Answered another question about the rewards program. I can't leave without stating I SWEAR BY THE OMEGA XL!!! Each person needs to find what works for them. I have found that when I do without my personal daily intake, I can barely move my knees! I found by trial and error what my daily dosage needs to be. The product did nothing for me, so wanted to stop auto-ship. So everyone knows they refuse to stop an order once they charge your card, even if its just minutes after. They claim they can't stop it, but anyone in the mail order business knows that this is false. So if your broke that month rest assure they will take you money anyway with no regrets.Great HealthWorks, Inc.

Well I bought in the hype of Omega XL for my husband, ****. He has been taking since April and saw no diffence in his joints, etc. He has been taking according to all directions. Received a automatic delivery yesterday and I asked for a refund and cancellation. They did cancel my subscription but said i could not get a refund for something that was delivered yesterday. The way the policy was written i understood i could return within 90 days. No, customer service said the date started from my first order in April. What kind of company that has this kind of service and is this the kind of company that prays on seniors? $75ish bucks down the drain. Lesson learned sad to say, But warning others that if you are dissatisfied make sure you cancel before there so-called date.Great HealthWorks, Inc.
