My chat agent Christopher was absolutely fantastic today, helping me modify our auto-ship schedule. This product seems to work really well for my family members that need it - we all just wish it wasn’t so expensive. The initial “deal” is what the pricing should be all the time. But it is a high quality product and does not give my family members a shellfish allergy reaction, like some brands - and the tiny gelcap size is also a huge bonus, compared to others. Overall, we have had a good experience with the product and support representatives, we just wish the pricing was a little lower.Great HealthWorks, Inc.

This is nothing more than a ****!! I never wanted more than the initial trial I purchased. If I had wanted more I would have added autoship but I didn't. I was charged for renewal and had already canceled, or so I thought. Apparently they didn't complete my request until after it had shipped, so I would have to wait until I received it and then return it for my money back. I returned it and now I was told that it was past the time I had to return it so there's nothing they can do!! Unfortunately, I already expected this! They are a ****!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! The promotion included a subscription to our convenient subscription program that could be canceled anytime and a 60-day money-back guarantee from the initial date of purchase.Purchasing from our website requires the subscription terms to be accepted before completing any purchase.
Upon receipt of this review,we attempted to contact you directly but were unsuccessful. We can confirm that your initial cancellation request was received on January 8, 2023, at that time your subscription had already been billed. Your request was received outside of our regular business hours. On January 10, 2023, you contacted our company again via live chat and your subscription was canceled. The representative advised that you had 30 days from January 10, 2023, to return your product to receive a refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee.
We received your returned product on February 21, 2023, which unfortunately made you ineligible for a refund under the 60-day money-back guarantee. As a goodwill gesture, a full refund for the last order was submitted as a courtesy. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
