    **** responded quickly to my request. She was professional and courteous and processed my request to cancel my father-in-law's subscription quickly. A pleasant customer experience.

    Omega XL didnt work for us after 2 bottles. Surprisingly, without our permission they automatically sent and charged for 2 bottles. That was ok but called to cancel the subscription. The agent ******** was trying to sell us again the product. I told him bluntly that we want to cancel after apologizing I hate to be rude that I dont want him selling the product again and just wanted to cancel. He was supposedly processing the cancellation and never came back to talked again. I waited almost 30 mins on the phone. I chatted but this companys chat is broken you cant send messages as it should. I also got cut off chatting. **** something fishy about this company. Beware its hard to cancel and they automatically charge you. I think its a violation to keep credit card number.
