      I ordered a stackable washer and dryer, which was supposed to be delivered to my business address in Jonesboro, GA. I was informed by the driver who was delivering the merchandise, that he was given the wrong address. However, the delivery address printed on my receipt was correct. When I called customer service to reslove the matter the representative was rude. In addition, I waited for the delivery at my business over 7 hours. Thus, I cancelled my order. Although Brand Smart products are less expensive than their competitors, I will not purchase products from them from this point further.

      This store has horrible customer service. They tell you what you want to hear and do nothing to resolve your problem. My wife and I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher. After using it for a few days we were not happy with how it was washing. It is a poor product. I immediately contacted our sales person and told him we would like to purchase a top of the line Bosch dishwasher. The sales person told us we could trade it in for a Bosch unit but he didn't have any in stock. He said he would order it for us. After several text messages that I sent the sales person asking for a date of delivery, I did not get a response. When I sent a complaint to the store manager the sales person contacted me immediately to let me know I could return the dishwasher for a $116 restocking fee. I told him I would rather he just order me the new one with Bosch. Nothing was ever done. I escalated my complaint to corporate. I received an immediate response and once again nothing was ever resolved. Stay away from Brandsmart. This has been a horrible experience.
