      Our Aunt is turning 100 in a few weeks. We wanted to buy her a new gas range as a surprise. Purchased the range on Monday and were told it would be delivered on Friday between 10:00 and 1:00. My wife arrived at her Aunts house at 10:00. At 1:30 she called me and said the range had not been delivered nor had she heard anything. She called dispatch and was told that they were running late, but the range would be delivered. At 6:30 she called dispatch again, still no call from Brandsmart, and was told they were eroute. At 8:00 I received a call from someone telling me they would have to reschedule the delivery. Obviously the surprise was ruined, we both wasted 10 hours of our time. And to add insult to injury, it took her another 30 minutes on the phone to cancel the order, we hope. WON'T FOOL WITH THEM AGAIN !!The good news is the local home improvement store had a better range that was cheaper, with free next day delivery and a 50% rebate on the gas line kit.

      I bought a washer feb 2021 which is a whirlpool had maintenance done on it twice I also bought an extended warranty with it they keep changing parts so the warranty can run out when it spin sound like a train coming It's sad I have made my payments on time never late has to go to a laundry mat it cost me 30.00 a week to go out to wash I am a senior citizen living on a fix income it can't be fix stalling for time it's a shame will never buy again from brandmart thank you

      If I could I wouldnt give them any stars. It was a month or so after I got the power lift chair. The wood on the chair right above foot rest was hard and hurting my legs. So I call and want a new chair. They said they had to sent out a repair guy. So a about a month later a guy comes out and said it need padding. So they said they get back with me. Well that took months. They did put new padding. It didnt take long before the padding didnt do its job.But this was a brand new chair.I shouldnt had any problems with the chair in the first place. A brand new chair and with in a month your having trouble with it. Well guess what it happen again. Call told them about my concern. The lady told me by the end of the day her supervisor would call me. Well they never did. Because it took them so long the last time. My insurance will be up the last of January. And as slow as they have been. My insurance will run out. And all there going to do is put new foam in it again. So now I would like my money back. This chair is a LEMON. The chair is not comfortable and it makes noise when you put the foot rest up. So I think a refund is in order

      Terrible customer service from the delivery team. 3 times they came to my apt and the first time came damage second time they didnt want to bring the washer and dryer to the second floor they say they need a special team. So they requested. Third time other guy say he is not going to hurt his back taking it up to the second floor. Im in shock. Never Again. No profesional at all terrible customer service from the delivery team they even talk back at you and we are the customers.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered dryer last week to be delivered today. They never showed up and when I called they rescheduled me for Friday. I called back to talk to a supervisor and was told that my dryer doesnt exist. It was discontinued used and sent me to another **** to order another dryer. The guy tried to sell me a dryer for $100 more. When I refused he sent me back to customer service. I have now canceled my order. I was on phone with them for hours. I took day off from work for the delivery. I cannot do laundry for weeks now I have to start process of ordering new dryer from another company. I have never in my life dealt with extreme incompetence

      Brandsmart, Delivered a Frigidaire refrigerator w/o the ice maker. The Ice maker was finally delivered 3 weeks later. Delivery man gave me the box and had no intention on installing it, until I contacted costumer service. From 05/28/22 the date of purchase, until 09/7/22 ice maker still not working. Note: a service man responded on the evening of the 7th but never checked the ice maker. He said that the water supply line valve was closed. Now that the valve is open, and numerous documented customer service calls, STILLW NOT 1 ICE CUBE!??. I responded back to the store for the second Time since I purchased the appliance package and spoke with the same Manager about the same problem with very little results.

      My delivery experience was the worst display of customer service I have EVER experienced, this is all directed only at the "Driver" (as he stated, owner of the vehicle, not Brandsmart)! He was rude and belligerent when I confirmed that he would be hauling my old refrigerator away. He said "Hell no, I would NOT put that fridge on my truck! What would my customers say if they saw that on my truck!" he proceeded to shout at me, my wife and my son in our garage where the new freezer/refrigerator was installed, I warned him to please don't shout at us and be disrespectful to my family. He 'threatened' me and then threatened to take back the Fridge /Freezer if I didn't sign the delivery note, I reminded him that it was already paid for and that was not happening. I again showed him our receipt that said they would collect the old fridge, he said, " That is my truck and it aint going on there and I should get the sales person to pick it up. Meanwhile the other helper who was doing all the work was ready to load my old fridge on the truck and he said no. I immediately left my house and went to the store on 'Labor Day' to complain and all I was told was, I needed to provide pictures of my old fridge to determine if they would removeit.The whole purpose of purchasing a new appliance was to replace the old one. As a business you never stipulated there must be a condition of goods for removal, the salesperson as well as your documentation states you will remove the old appliance. I have purchased over $20,000 dollars worth of appliances over the years from Brandsmart! Not anymore! Going forward I will let my money speak for me. Not only did Brandsmart lose a Customer, they have lost the potential for recurring revenue. I will make sure my family and friends NEVER support your business again. It's unfortunate because yoursales staff work so hard for thebusiness!Respect and loyalty to those that support you is a dying creed, sad to say!!!!!!

      On the evening of (9-2-22). I went to the store located at ***************************************************************************** I went to the store with the intention of exchange a defected Kareokee Machine that I purchased a few months ago with a warranty for 2 years . My ********** we decided to park at the back of the store and cross the street to walk around the shopping center at front and then comeback to the car get the Kareokee Machine and go inside the store to exchange the item . When we arrived at the parking lot the car was towed away We were in shock why they do that to customersWe walked inside the store to speak with the Manager ( *************************). But never got an apology from him or nothing . Not only that , there was another person talking that he never told us what was his position at the store and in top of that someone call the off duty cop that was outside doing nothing be present .. I needed a good explanation or this practice from the store or the security that called the towing company right away when we crossed the street in front of the store I showed them why I was there that evening, to make an exchange at the store so my car was taking away .. because a security made the assumed that we were people parking there and to go hang out at the shopping center .I so upset ..

      On 4/1/22, I made an online purchase to obtain a stovetop range. After paying about $700 and waiting a few weeks for delivery, the nightmare began.The product was delivered defective. It made a crackling sound with each use. We called brandsmart for support and guidance, but received nothing but delays and sub par customer service. We were finally directed to the service department who couldn't send anyone out for weeks. Please keep in mind, the stove is used to feed my family. Service Call #1 - (After 2 weeks) The guy came and assess that the range top was defective. He left the house saying that he would be back. After 3 hours later, we had call the service guy only to be told that he would have to come back weeks later. It was unprofessional for the service guy to come on a service call without all of the needed material and to abruptly leave the work site without setting reasonable expectations.As customers, we had to call back into Brandsmart to find out what was going on. I would expect to be proactively contacted about the status but instead we had to be reactive to inquire about the status. We were informed that a replacement had to be ordered and would be in weeks later. Please keep in mind, the stove is used to feed my family.... After spending $700, we had to beg the neighbors to use their range top on their time. This is extremely disappointing!Service Call #2 - After 2-3 weeks, the part came and a service man came out to the house. Upon entry, the service guy realized that it was the incorrect part and he would have to reorder and schedule another service call in a few weeks. Now, I can't understand ordering the wrong part after seeing the make/model and having access to my purchase history. This level of competence is absolutely absurd and fuel to the fire. The service guy left. Please keep in mind, THE ***** US USED TO FEED MY FAMILY!!!Never again!
