I paid for my dog over $4000 when the breeder was selling the same dog in their website for $1850. And I thought it was exclusive!! Its a scammer i couldnt believe it I was overcharged that much for a few phone calls. I asked to be refunded some of the money and they said no cause I sign I contract for the payment . What contract cause in that contract didnt say it wast exclusive and the breeder have their own prices . If I knew all these I would not get a dog from this company!!! To me it looked like Im dealing with a middle guy who tries to get a cut from illegal drugs. I just couldnt believe they can scammer people like this!!

5 starsWe were amazed how friendly and eager the staff was to assist us in our search and purchase of our new dog. It was definitely easy to find a wonderful puppy. We received lots of communication regarding our puppy adoption, specific paperwork on her flight from Ohio to Oregon. The only downside was that in traveling with 7-8 other dogs on her flight, she caught coronavirus and was sick within a couple of days. It took an emergency visit to a veterinarian an hour away to get a diagnosis and learn how to care for her. She recovered and is an exceptional dog. My experience with Puppy Spot was wonderful from the very first when I chose my precious puppy. I heard from various people giving me up-dates on my Maltipoo Emma and they made me feel like part of the process. The only delay we had was because she was a little underweight and they wanted to wait a few more days before they could plan the transportation. Speaking of the transportation, it went off without a hitch and there were 3 others waiting for their pups so it was a very cheerful experience. My Emma arrived clean and spunky and is very healthy and is just one of the best things I've ever experienced. When people remark how wonderful she is, i'm very happy to recommend Puppy Spot and explain the way things work!PuppySpot Group, LLC

4 starsI had a pretty good experience. Did take a little bit longer to get my dog than I had been promised but was do to unforseen circumstances. I am glad they were concerned that my puppy was safe to travel. Overall the staff was helpful and always took my calls and responded to my emails. My puppy is healthy and happy. So far so good. I have read other people's experiences and am keeping a close eye on what my vet says, but no problems have come up. I will post if anything comes up. Was somewhat apprehensive about using this company, however after doing considerable due diligence decided to do ahead. My experience exceeded my expectations. A happy healthy puppy was delivered exactly as they promised and the communication was very good. They have also offered access to their partners and we have found many of them very helpful. Our puppy is now 13 weeks old and doing extremely well. I would not hesitate to use them again and feel completely comfortable recommending them to anyone.PuppySpot Group, LLC

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. After spending close to $4k for our cavapoo, when we asked for reimbursement for the the additional costs incurred when our vet diagnosed our new "perfect" puppy with fleas, even though he had not been exposed to any dogs while under our care, our claim was denied. The additional costs included meds, flee shampoo, and exterminator because I was all bit up! And the inconvenience of having to deal with this around the holidays. Plus it took them weeks to finally address our claim. Every we missed their call and called back the claims admin was never available and they always promised to call us back and never did. Horrible experience! Obviously they did not hold to their promise that they promote on their advertising and website.PuppySpot Group, LLC

1 starHORRIBLE! They took me for 6K - wanted a mini dachshund ... got an 18" long dog with 7" tall legs. Nothing about this dog is what was advertised. Love her, but could've just gone to the spca to get a random dog. Shame on these people.Review fromBrooke W

1 starI just tried to cancel my order for a puppy 3 hours after placing bc I read all the horrible reviews Now they are calling me and saying I have to pay a 25 percent cancellation fee almost $900 This is absurd now I see that they are scammers.
