1 starIf I could give a zero I would. We have a two year old *******Recently diagnosed with trachea malformation and trachea collapse Terrible prognosis. The only alternative is stent placement which is about $6000 and no guarantee she will survive the surgery. If she doeslife expectancy would be only two years additional. Without the surgery Death is eminent. We are heartbroken. Our vet said this was congenital at birth. Do yourself a favor do not buy from this company under ANY circumstance.Review fromRebecca D

1 starWARNING:! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My 16 month old puppy was diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia and this company could care less. Never mind the fact that when ** arrived at the airport I had to jump through hoops to pick him up as PUPPY SPOT was going to leave him in a crate and travel another 8 hours to drop off other puppies. They don't care about your dog or its health, they care about lining their pockets. Even though RJ's breeder had another German Shepherd with bilateral elbow dysplasia in 2017, they did nothing! This is not fair to these poor puppies! DO NOT BUY FROM PUPPY SPOT.Review fromRobin C

1 starIf I could give them 0 I would. I got a puppy from them about a year ago and the experience was completely different. Now they are only worried about the money. They are horrible to people after they get your money. Then when you push to get information, no one will talk to you. They have made it close to impossible to get additional information on the puppy you paid for. They also are very rude when you find out things that bother you about how they are handling the puppies now and want to cancel. To get in touch with anyone is really exhausting and then not only are they rude but when they don't have anything in place until you push to find out some information, then they make sure to charge you $495.95 to cancel, that is so ridiculous. They are not good for the puppies, breeders or the new families that want one of the pictured pups. I was so upset about how I was treated and that I really didn't believe I would be getting the puppy I actually order (it's happened to others) that is why I cancelled. Shame on them for showing old videos of how they use handle puppies. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again. And I caution anyone that wants a puppy they see, you are rolling the dice and may not get what you wanted in the end. Shameful and horrible management. 1 starIts pretty disappointing getting a bred dog hoping for a awesome companion, someone to take on hikes and adventure and running into this kind of trouble since day one. Its sad because since the day I got him I couldnt even take him for a normal 10 minute walk at 9 weeks because he was already in pain. They said they didnt know when he had obvious indications of hip dysplasia. The only option I had was sending him back and getting a refund just so he can be put down or keeping him and dealing with this by myself. Its disgusting how pets in the corporation seen as objects. They send me a refund for the amount of the pup but Im already thousands of dollars in and still have 3 more surgeries to go and thousands of dollars more. At the end of this Ill most likely be spending easy $20,000 in surgeries. Insurance didnt cover because he was born with this arthropathy disorder. If I knew all this I would have gotten a pup from a shelter. ***** is certainly a special case and I really think they should had done more to help. I hope the breeder got canceled, he definitely over bred the female dog. Im very disappointed with this corporation.Review fromJen S.

I will never use these people again they are scam artist! We purchased her when she was extremely small, just able to leave her mother.. I got confirmation of a pick up time and date. To start with they told us 30 minutes before we were heading out to drive over 600 miles that we couldn't get her because she had skin lesions. During the 3 weeks that we had to wait before we could get her I had emailed the manager that was dealing directly with me 7 times to get information about when we could pick her up or what the vet was saying. No response. Four more to puppies spot themselves with no response. Within this time I bet I called at least 50 times . It kept going to a voice recording and then hung up.. Come to find out they had blocked my phone number. I called from my husband's phone and And got someone the very 1st time. I asked for information on what the vet was saying and when would we be able to pick her up. I also ask for updated pictures and the breeders information so I could contact them. I was then told that I could not have the breeder information because that would take time away from them taking care of my puppy. I was told that new pictures would be sent which they never were. Once they realized who they were speaking with they blocked his phone number as well. I went through 5 different numbers just trying to get any information. I was certain that I was getting scammed. I never got a final invoice on what I had paid.. I know at check out you have a lot of options and I just chose the price of the puppy. I clicked no to their puppy pack because I had already purchased so much stuff myself that she absolutely couldn't need anything else. Instead of paying $1600 to have her flown I decided to drive to pick her up which they charged me $300 for. Still not sure why. A puppy pac showed up on my porch. I know that there are finance charges when you finance, which we did, but I only heard from the finance company about my payment terms which when addedJen S.

I'm not sure what I have paid for but I know that my payments are very high. Higher than I had expected I do believe that I'm paying for more than I requested. They were awful people to deal with and I will never ever use them again. 2 starsMy Suggestion, just be honest to customers would be the best for everyone. First don't give the impression any puppy purchase will be delivered near your home. NOT TRUE...delivery depends on where the van filled with numerous puppies is the closest to the center of customers...problem for us is we're in a different state than the delivery. From Long Island we have to go through the city both ways, and traffic during rush hour adds 2-3 hours to any trip not good for puppies already stressed from hours or days on the road. Our only contact was a day before delivery via an email..no phone calls ever.....luckily I checked our email the day before and tried to advise the main contact number they were delivering our puppy to another state. So be it... that's where the delivery company chose to deliver period. I tried to contact them and anyone else to explain that the time and place of delivery was heartless to the new puppy due to hours added on any trip. Truthfully I would have flown myself to the breeder in ******** and had all the necessary travel equipment and a cabin seat for the new puppy had I been allowed to do so. Paying for so called nearby delivery was a joke. In fact in the same parking lot we all met (at least 15 other vehicles waiting for puppies) were a couple driving back to **** from this ********** parking lot and you can't imagine how many drivers were in the ***** trying to relieve themselves after hours on the road to meet at an abandoned office lot with no facilities. However some new puppy owners told us they were contacted and kept apprised of all that was happening while their new pet was traveling, one lady told us she was advised at least two weeks before she had to get her pup. It seems then that your service depends on your salesperson and what you may demand from them. The puppies all arrived looking healthy but any notion they were individually cared for is a joke..no way possible. There's good and bad just be advised. We love our puppy!Review fromAWolf

1 starUpset beyond belief. Believe the reviews- I wish I would have. We paid the premium for the pup, the flight, and in-flight chaperone because it seemed like such a smooth process. As soon as theyve secured your money they are COMPLETELY UNREACHABLE. App chat, text, calling, email- NOTHING FOR DAYS. They wont even contact for updates regarding the dog youve purchased. Our pup was supposed to be here today after we accepted the flight proposal. We adjusted our busy working schedules, arranged for babysitters while we pick up the puppy from the airport (as she is to be a surprise for our children), and purchased perishable puppy items that will most likely be wasted by the time shes here (live grass potty spot subscription, fresh puppy food etc). Here we sit with no puppy. No updates. They havent updated her weight in weeks. My app still states that she is to arrive on 8/8 but we were never notified of any itinerary or the fact that plans have completely changed. When I finally reached someone after hours of trying, she said we *should* hear something in a few days. Days? Something? Nope. I couldnt ask any questions because she promptly ended the chat which stops all message functions. This is not how business is conducted. You do not deserve a A+ BBB rating when every review on here makes it ******* clear that communication with the customer NONEXISTENT once the **** has been paid. This isnt an inanimate package we are waiting for- its a living breathing animal for which we paid top dollar. I will not recommend PS to anyone. If youre looking for a puppy, find a shelter or breeder directly- many breeders offer flight chaperones (frankly at a lower cost) and Im sure youll receive more than just 6 pictures and a heck of a lot more open communication regarding your new family member. We just want our puppy.
