1 starIf I could give ******** Negative Stars I would.I was gifted a puppy from this company.knowing what these places can be like, I called to see the status of their ***** before it was sent to my friend prior to taking him into my own home.I was greeted with nasty ***lies from the *** stating that If I wasnt the original purchaser , the purchasing agreement would be canceled and they wanted to know WHO was the purchaser, of whom I did NOT give them that name at the time I was questioning. I had the puppy checked out, to find the vaccinations were done way too soon per the breeders records, had to have those redone. He also came with Giardia. ALMOST A YEAR later, He is now being examined for Hip Displasia.I reached out back in DEC last year, to the breeder direct, to get info on his parents, and more details about him. Once they found out which puppy I had, they stopped ALL communication. I am VERY disheartened as a gift I was presented, has cost my ALOT, and I currently have a dog with a host of problems still , some of which could be the result of bad breeding, Puppy Mill like activities. I would NEVER EVER EVER use a broker to get a puppy! These people prayed on an older man who didnt know any better, and purchased an ill puppy!It is NEVER a good idea to purchase a puppy sight unseen, and without direct Breeder contact.Buyers Be aware, NEVER use a Broker to get your puppy!Review fromAnn W

5 starsI purchased a Golden retriever for my daughter and a Havanese for me! Our experience was more than I had expected. All people connected with the purchase and delivery were in touch with me throughout the three weeks. They always answered my questions, the vet called with a minor problem with one of the pets and he was very helpful. Both dogs arrived exactly on time, they were clean, happy, and are delightful dogs. The breeder of my dog has called to see how she has adjusted and sent a thank you note. 1 star**BUYER BEWARE** Our puppy was delivered with Giardia and a genetic malformation that can cost thousands of dollars of surgery or more over a lifetime--precisely the kinds of things supposedly avoidable with a veterinarian health check and a responsible breeder. We don't recommend or trust PuppySpot or their breeders. They did not respond to us.Review fromscott f

1 starIm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with PuppySpot concerning the purchase and subsequent cancellation of a puppy. I purchased a puppy through your platform, under the impression that the puppy would arrive within a couple of days to a week. However, I was later informed that the delivery timeframe would be significantly longerranging from over two to three weeks or possibly even more.Given this considerable delay, which was not made clear to me at the time of purchase, I decided to cancel my order just two hours after placing it. Despite this swift cancellation, I was shocked and dismayed to find that I was still charged a $930 cancellation fee25% of the puppys cost. I understand that policies are in place to protect businesses, but charging such an astronomical fee for a cancellation made so quickly, regardless of how little time has passed, is absolutely unreasonable!! The fact that you would impose such a fee even if the cancellation occurred within mere minutes speaks to a deeply unfair business practice on your behalf. What is most concerning is that these cancellation policies were not adequately stressed during the purchasing process. Customers are not being fully informed of the substantial financial risks involved should they change their mind or encounter circumstances beyond their control. This lack of transparency feels like a clear attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting customers and is not consistent with fair and ethical business practices.I respectfully request a review of this cancellation fee and a refund of the charged amount. I also urge you to reconsider how these policies are communicated to customers in the future to ensure a more transparent and customer-friendly process.Review fromWilliam A

2 starsUnfortunately I am a bi- polar individual. I just lost my job at age 61. I thought a puppy would give me some relief and Ive been wanting a dog for quite awhile. I paid in full approximately 3500 . I decided this wasnt the right time due to my mental stays, just losing a job. They kept 25% of my payment. I was ok with this if they allowed this amount towards another puppy within a year, but no that money is gone and they really didnt do a thing. After I cancelled the same day I finally got all kinds of emails about travel arrangements for the puppy. Meanwhile I had called 3 times and waited over 30 minutes each time before finally hanging up. I just feel that the substantial amount of money they kept should be credited to a future purchase in an appropriate amount of time.Review fromPartha U

A wonderful company that did everything required to make sure our puppy came from a great breeder and was transported to us by people who love animals and prioritize their health and well-being. Our cavapoo came in amazing health and he has been the best addition to our family. He is well-behaved and friendly and even our vet has commented that he is exceptionally mature and has excellent disposition. Would definitely get a puppy from them again if I wanted another.PuppySpot Group, LLC

my experience is that when you go to the website, they call you immediately and leave you a voice message, and even text you. But when you tell them you may not be interested, but have a few question of how the process works they will not respond back to your text message, this would have been my first time getting a puppy, so I was inquiry how the process works. no response. so a few day later I sent them a text message about all the bad reviews I seen ,and once again no response, so finally , I sent another text ,saying wow no response . Finally I get a response telling me she works over forty hours a week, what time she works usually past midnight really? unnecessary information! she also commented that she is not interested in being a keyboard warrior. Really!! I have not even given you money yet and you address me in this way, can you imagine once they get your monies, how the customer service would be? If I am spending over $5,000 for a puppy, I would think the customer service would be better then that !!!!!!!!!!!!PuppySpot Group, LLC

Since 2021, we have purchased all of our puppies from PuppySpot ?? A veterinarian thoroughly examines the puppy and vaccinates the pup before pups are received. Through our experience PuppySpot maintains only the highest standards for their breeders. I am very satisfied with my purchase from PuppySpot , my puppy is great. ***** was 16 wks old and arrived in good health. The only thing was she did have a ear infection when I took her to the Vet. Other then that everything else was fine. She is so friendly and loving. Everybody says she looks like a little Teddy ***** I could not be happier with her. Now for the Insurance they offer we will see. Also they offer $100 if you refer someone who buys a puppy. I am still waiting for the check and not have heard from anybody about it yet. Hmmmm?? If they follow threw with what they claim then they deserve a 5 star rating but at least 4 stars for now for the puppy. I was happy with picking my puppy up. Did not have any problems with communicating or texting with the transporter.PuppySpot Group, LLC
