  Do not buy from PuppySpot, they sold ** a puppy that is only 20% the breed that we paid $2700 for and refuse to make it right. They are a scam.

  Warning! Do not believe what the website says! They only tell you the breeder's name after you receive the puppy. The breeder of my puppy breeds 8 different breeds of dogs and has multiple females of each, that says puppy farm to me. My first question before purchase was about runny eyes, I was told that this dog did not have runny eyes, nor did the parents. When he arrived, ungroomed, with urine stained hair and a fan of hair in front of his eyes, his eyes were so crusty that the groomer wouldn't try to get it off, I had to have the Vet do it.. Their Vet report said that there was no abnormal discharge, yet 6 days later a vet had to remove the discharge. He also arrived with Giardia, the person at PuppySpot says that's normal, all puppies get it. Why didn't their Vet pick it up? On the breeder's website they sell these puppies for $1,600, I paid $3,200 plus over $800.00 for shipping. I wouldn't mind paying a premium if the PuppySpot made sure that the puppy arrived in good condition and actually checked to find out the answer to the first question that I asked them. They also sell your contact information, i got calls at work on my cell phone and emails from several companies. This is not a trust worthy website.

  I tried to buy a puppy. Bank pre authorized it. Didnt pull the funds. Got sent a bunch of emails about wiring the money! It takes 3-4 days for the pre authorization to come off my account, meaning if they ran it the money would go out. So obviously I wasnt going to pay twice. Figured easy conversation to figure it out. ***** case wait till bank took off the authorization and then just reran card. Tried contacting them. No one would answer. Tried customer service. Nothing. Kept getting hung up on! Tried several days. They texted and called me like crazy to start. Then once this happened it was hang up hang hang up. Absolutely garbage. Buyer beware. Not sure if its a total scam, but sure seems like it from my perspective. Disappointed buyer from ********. - ****

  My family and I had a great experience when going through Puppy Spot their reps were very informative and made the entire process seamless. Transfer of our puppy was easy and I would definitely recommend using their services.

  In June of 2022,I purchased a 20 week old Golden Retriever puppy from PuppySpot (for almost $4000)Today I had to take this crazy dog to ***** and surrender him.***** said that they have had several other dogs surrendered, and it was definitely a puppy mill and this particular "breeder",*****************,was not breeding dogs for mental soundness or good temperament. This dog was wild.Breaks my heart.

  Wonderful communication! ************ with all my questions no matter what time it is! ****** is very knowledgeable and great assistance. Did not push the sell just gave us all the information we asked for. Please give them a chance before reading all of these reviews .

  This Company does not advertise their services accurately. I was told if I purchased the puppy I had been inquiring about , that she would be transported either all the way to me or a meeting location close to me. Then I was told I needed to drive 240 miles , then I was told I needed to make the entire over 8 hour drive to the Breeders home town. Then they claimed they could get the Manager to override the travel and meet me. It just kept going from bad to worse. I expressed my disappointment and tried to see if we could find a solution , however no one in any authority position bothered to contact me . I just kept getting random text messages from someone who clearly didnt know that 60 miles was approximately 1 hour to drive, and kept saying 240 miles was close. However the trip was more than 240 miles with the simplicity of MapQuest. They dont care , didnt care and Im sure they dont care that Ive even feel compelled to write this .. DONT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN WHATEVER YOU ARE COMFORTABLE TRAVELING TO PICK UP THE *** YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH ONLINE !

  Please read this FULLY before supporting this company! They lure you in with this amazing communication, pictures, and so on but the reality is you have NO idea what youre getting. Ive been working with working line shepherds and high quality dogs and been in the community so I know remotely what is expected. They are not TRANSPARENT about who there breeders are, what temperament these dogs are, what their background or experience are and give you no way of contacting the breeder yourself to make sure theyre not puppy ***** or ill-experienced breeders. There was a mix up and they nearly sent me the wrong dog, her sister, luckily I corrected it. But after having my girl for over a year, spending over $10k on training, working her like the working breed that she is, it is undeniable that she is not GENETICALLY sound. Shes extremely reactive, dog aggressive, and people reactive even though shes fully obedience trained. Inherently she is genetically flawed and is very nervous. The breeders are extremely irresponsible and are just making puppies out of no coordination or behavior desired results. I paid $4000 for this puppy through the website. After hours of searching, I found the same Sire used for her, under a different persons name, selling puppies for $800 with a different Dam at a farm in ******** called Cajun Hideaway Farms. I called them and they told me they had only been breeding for about a year or two and that they had borrowed the Dam for the litter and did not know her personally. It is so disappointing I was scammed out of $3000. I cannot express enough please do not waste your money on this company. I reached out many times, tried calling PuppySpot, emailing them, chatting them but they NEVER responded, in fact, they would hang up on me before I even got in contact with a representative because they only care before the puppy gets to you but not after, not even for open communication.

  We ordered a puppy and after waiting 3 weeks to get HER, we found out two days before she was to get to us that she was a boy! My wife and 3 kids were heartbroken. How do they not know the gender
