      First Service Residential took over the management of my community less than a year ago. This company doesnt even deserve a one-star review. I am disgusted with the customer ********************** provided or lack thereof. The company has a Customer ********************** Center that is open 24 hours a day. However, they are not able to answer any questions and their only function is to refer inquiries to the property manager via email only. After sending the property manager, ******* *********, three follow-up emails, regarding a $436 bill for other fees. His response was "I don't have time for your nonsense". As I communicated to *******, I have no prior communication from HOA about any violation (none listed on my web profile portal) but I am getting a bill for other fees and no explanation. I contact the property manager on 9/23/24 and still no response. So, I proceeded to contact his supervisor, ******* *******, on 10/3/24 after his rude response. and then again on 10/15/24, and still no response from either of these people. So, Last week, I contacted the Customer ********************** Center again asking who could provide details of this bill, and the *** stated that they could only submit a ticket. It's been almost six weeks, and still no response. This management company has the authority to issue bills with no supporting documentation and charge 18% interest with no accountability or due process. This company has been allowed to create a system that limits contact with customers that they are paid to support, and they are allowed to punish their customers by charging 18% interest (I have accrued another $50 interest charge since I received the letter) and no accountability for a timely response. I have lived in an ************* for the past 19 years and it is my first time experiencing such treatment and disrespect. I am flabbergasted about this whole experience. How is this legal? What options do homeowners have?

      I live in ************ on ************** and I am constantly being blocked in my driveway by contractor trucks so I cant get out of my driveway to get to work. Its affecting my job negatively as Im always late due to illegal parking not allowing me to pull out of my driveway. There is a condo down the street that has had a project going on for over 2 yrs straight. Thats over 2 yrs of ********************************** front of my house blocking my driveway. Ive called the office and begged them to put a tow away sign in front of my house which took 6mths to acheive with the mgr *****. Even with that sign now the contractors ignore it and park in front of my driveway blocking it. The ***************** office says they cant tow or enforce the rules set by the community yet they have Tow Away signs. I need this issue addressed immediately. My future ****** review with pics I promise will deter anyone from buying or renting in this community. With this issue and all the cars being broken into, this community has turned into a place I dont even recognize or enjoy anymore. The rules state no offstreet parking yet Lubee and ***** in the office cant and wont enforce fines or towing to deter these guys breaking the rules. Please help and make them actually do their jobs enforcing the set condo assoc rules.

      I wanted to applaud the efforts of the FSR team employed at IMAGES Condominiums in Kissimmee, FL. They helped lead a multi-month project to full closure with confidence and alacrity. My thanks and gratitude to them as they helped to "calm the storm," and aid residents into this next chapter!

      If I performed my job the way these people do, I would have been fired long ago. They are sloppy, choose when to be responsive, and don't know the meaning of the word professional.

      I agree with the previous post from ************** The management at Images Condominium is horrendous and the manager, *************************** should be fired. It is difficult to contact her and when you do she has a really bad attitude. A few examples of how poor the community... The Images sign in front of the community was removed 3 months ago and never replaced. She removed the basketball court, Cars are being stolen because there is no security. When you ask her about this she says we don't have the money, but every year the *** is increase over $100. The *** for a 3 bedroom is over $800 per month which is ridiculous and the highest in all of Kissimmee Florida. She gives herself a raise every year and puts it in the Images budget. All this can be easily verified, if anyone thinks I'm lying. Owners need to unite and sue *** and the board for hiring such an incompetent manager.

Decisions on how to maintain the community, including the basketball court and security measures are made by the Association, not FirstService Residential.

      I live in a condominium building that is managed by First Service Residential (FSR). I have had several issues with them from the beginning of the time I have lived here and all the problems stem from them not being willing or able to address concerns with me. I have called them repeatedly and not gotten returned calls. I have emailed them and not gotten responses. I have stopped by their local office and was not able to see a manager (***********************************) since he "...works from home 90% of the time.". I left a message for him there and he never called me. The only times I have gotten a response from him over the latest issue I have had in the building, he emailed me to say things that did not address my issue nor, the issue of not responding to me. I went over his head to someone named ***************************** and emailed her with my problems and got no response from her either.This company has constant complaints from other residents in my building citing the same issue of non-responsiveness. FSR is a terrible management company - from not responding to work requests that are submitted online (in my case resulting in a long and unnecessary delay in the work beginning) to being unwilling to address a legitimate concern from me about an issue in the building with another resident.

      I think that people like to be babysitting. Property Management company deal with hundreds, or even thousands of residents. Most of us know the awnser to our questions.Just read the Condo documents! We all need to be fair with First Services. If it is not in emergency, chill out! I'm very happy with my home and the way landscaping looks!
