1 starThis company is horrible. They dont do their job, their employees dont do their job, our hallways stinks. They manage the money really bad .Over $600 that was paid by owners of the commercial side were stolen for over 6 years FR didnt see anything and that left all the owners of the residential side having an assessment and pay for the stolen money! We are about to start a Law Suit against First Service as rhey have not directed correctly a ************************* Tat must be removed and they have not followed the proper procedure. They manage my building at ************************************************ that we were upgrading from a liberal professional who wasn't managing anything (to be polite and free or any potential lawsuit), they seemed amazing and I think some of their staff does take their job to heart.Higher "management" ignores all and every single email (6th sent) about fraud--I have to recourse to my bank, who offered to proceed with fraud investigation: after they failed to update the automated amount to be pulled from my ClickPay account (since they never gave me access to it), they sent "me" a notice (and delivered to my tenant, I live abroad and they know it since they are aware of new tenants living in the unit trough official application), and charged me interest and fees for their mistake. Then one of their IT guys just helped himself into my wallet when I asked HOW to merely access my account... stay away is my first impression--imagine your last.***** investigation it is, since they don't even care to replyFirstService Residential Florida, Inc.

1 starCompany communication disappears when me and the people of my neighborhood need help. However, they suddenly appear and their communication sprawls when it comes to collecting their yearly annual HOA fee. There was no improvement in the services they provide and yet they increase their fees. When they make any "mistake" they don't care to apologize. But if they find any error in the home owners, they will spend the money to inflict fees and use up financial resources to make sure the home owner gets accumulated fees, while making the home owner pays for those financial resources they used against that homeowners. I really want the them investigated for improper services, it's only a matter of time they **** off someone who has the financial muscle power to come after them legally and financially.Review fromparin k

I have rented a unit in Uptown Place downtown Orlando for a years now and am very happy with the service provided. If I ever have any questions or needs they are taken care of very quickly. Kristina B**** the Leasing Agent and her team are great. I am now continue to renting for another year, because of the hard work they help me find another unit when the owner want to sell it. and I strongly recommend using them for all your property management needs! The *** is horrible they keep raising monthly fees and dont do anything to clean up common area. They increase the *** fee but have yet to trim trees or even re pave roads. The road is cracked and the over grown trees are uplifting the road as well!FirstService Residential Florida, Inc.

This company is horrible, they don't manage funds correctly. And property manager at ***************, does nothing for the owners which pay her salary. They do not answer questions, provide documentations when requested and ***** cares to answer any concerns. *********************************** is the worst person, she laughs in your face, mocks owners and thinks she's better than anyone else. She needs to get FIRED as the entire community despises her, you complain to First Residential and they don't take responsibility, ***** they forward the email to the ******. This is horrible what First Residential does as customer **********************. There is NOONE that will help or answer questions.FirstService Residential Florida, Inc.

They do not answer questions with real information. They do everything to pass the buck to someone else. They are disorganized and mean when you ask real questions....if you're lucky enough to get a response. In every case of my interactions with the property manager and her "assistants", they 100% of the time did not actually know the rules they were trying to enforce. However; if you owe them money, they don't hesitate to call you and/or email you 100 times. This company is typical. Hire unqualified people and then ignore any complaints. After a few years with FirstService Residential I've been very disappointed. I hope they keep the books ok but my concern is the fact that they just sit in the office. We have cleaning companies that ride around if golf carts that we are required to pay for. I may see them once a month. In annual meetings they have no clue, and do represent the owners interest. I'm not a HOA board member but I think they are only in it for the whatever money they can get. I'm not sure what their responsibilities are at this point but we don't seem to be getting much value.FirstService Residential Florida, Inc.
