      Oh my then why wasnt our pool at ************ supervised as you were our provider? No supervision by you cost our association thousands of dollars. They should be sued as they are a total joke. They are incompetent as they left no water in our empty pool so the pool raised up and now we have been without the pool for two *******. I think they are a piece of shit! Im leaving one star but actually should no no stars.

We are committed to our customers, association board members, communities and residents.  The main resort pool lifted and was unrepairable last summer while the pool company was renovating it. We know that the loss of the main pool is not a good situation. The association worked with an engineer to write a project manual for the renovation which was referenced in the pool contractor contract and they are being held accountable. Unfortunately the process has been slow but it is moving forward.

      I recently moved to ************************ in ********, **., and ******************************* has been a lifesaver for me. She has answered every question I had about the community from using the scanning equipment to taking care of the flickering breezeway light outside my condo. I feel the Community's HOA is extremely blessed to have ******* as their administrator. It's not often that you can email someone and obtain a response within an hour or so. Thanks ******* for your hard work and dedication.

      I bought a condo that had lots of issues, most of which were dealing with the condo Association. I was nervous about it. Then I met *****************************... She makes dealing with the property a pleasure. No BS, she just takes care of it. I keep her number in my phone...and am grateful she works for my property!

      I live in downtown Sanctuary and believe it is one of the best managed condo association in *******, Florida. Mr. ************************* is the on-site manager. He is a very organized, sensitive and responsive person who seems committed to do a good job. He is well respected and liked by all the residents. *****************************.

      I live in Itopia in ************* Florida. they have threaten to towed my car today after have towed several of my neighbor's cars. They have definitely made our lives worse as tenants. When I called to communicate I was told and I quote "go read the rules". Very unhelpful/unprofessional employees. Also towing tenants car is completely unnecessary.

We are committed to our customers, association board members, communities and residents.  We contacted the property manager and learned that Condominium By-Laws require all vehicles parked on property  have a current registration and tag.  The manager advised that if you comply your vehicle would not be towed.  You made an appointment with the *** and advised the management office.

      After ****************** screwed Sunset Pointe our HOA board choose First Service they have been terrible ever issue that has come up they completely have NO Clue on how to resolve Anything its only been a few months and their performance has been disappointing lack of communication failure to answer ANY questions
