      on 05/24/2023 I believe was the day I brought my phone into the Coral ***** Ifixandrepair Store firstly with as many similar complaints its truly misleading that this company has an A rating. when they're customer service is DOGWATER, but to put it plainly I brought my phone in for repair I was assured by the Gentleman there which might I add spoke very little english heavy Russian accent so the communication barrier was terrible, he stated he would fix my phone same day no problem. I called back at the appointed time he advised he would call back two hours, no call back. I call before closing he advises he doesn't have the part and would need to order it and that my phone would be ready the next day. I paid 300 dollars for this repair. I get there the next day and I'm met with a lady with a heavy Russian accent, she's sitting down doing nothing when I arrive I ask for my phone she pretends to look for it and then says sorry come back at 12 I told her that will not work, and she needs to fix my phone as promised she begrudgingly works on my phone. 20 minutes later gives it to me but now, my sim card reader and charger port doesn't work, she accuses me of causing these damages and that I will need to pay to have it repaired, I bought a charger to see if that would rectify the issue it doesn't they then send the phone to their technician in Broward allegedly turns out the phone was in *****************, they've now had my phone for over 3 weeks I have been met with argumentative, rude , ppl at this company but what takes the cake is that These individuals are accusing me of causing the damage to my phone and that we could check the cameras, and that they know the phone wasn't working when I brought it in. After reading other complaints it appears this happens to be a pattern for these folks I've never met such an incompetent group of people I'm sure when Ifixandrepair was a mom pop shop the quality of the service wasn't this horrible this is just shameless work.

      I brought my iPhone 8 plus in to have the charging port replaced, ***** said it was bad. This company quoted me $70 to fix it. They had to order the part, and I had to leave a deposit of $35 for them to order the part. They said it would be in the next day, or I could pay an extra $20 for them to have it on the same day. I opted for the next day. The part didn't arrive for four days. When the part arrived, I brought it to them to have the repair done. They repaired the charging port, but the next day my microphone wasn't working, nobody could hear me clearly when I called them. I brought the phone back to them, they said that they weren't responsible. I brought my phone to another company and they told me that the charging port and the microphone were one piece, they charged me $80 to replace the charging port/microphone assembly. This company does not stand behind their work!! Please avoid these scam artists at all costs!! They took advantage of me because I am a woman!! Date of transactions were 4/21/2023 and 4/27/2023

      The custumer arrives with a device that needs **********************. We make a positive repair of the device and a month later, customer come back with a different problem on the phone. If the customer wishes, can return to our store and pay for the repair of the new issue. Thank you

      Was promised a fix to my iPhone 7 when I brought in for a cracked screen.They put in a cheap Chinese screen with a non functional home button and refused to even partially refund me. Filing a chargeback with my bank. The color on the screen is wrong and they attempted to not install a screen protector I paid for. Owner and staff were extremely rude to me and other customers and dismiss any issues, refuse to talk or make anything right then demand you leave. My phone only works if I get a notification to be able to unlock it, it didnt do this before. I sure hope if Im in an emergency situation the police shoot me a text before it happens so I can call!

      Gave my ipad on 23rd Dec 2022 to fix broken screen ! Fixed & given on 30th dec purchased screen protector & cover for it & installed by associate at the store on same day.Paid $165.Within a week ipad stopped working & when took it back they say water went inside! So asking another $189 to repair! With a screen protector & full cover installed by them on 30th Dec they tell me that water went inside! They r trying make money without proper repairs or repairs r being done by unqualified technicians resulting in damage !

      I brought my daughters I phone 12 pro *** 512 GB to get fixed. The back of the phone had a crack and the owner asked for $150 cash to fix it. In the process of him repairing the back, he cracked the front. He put on a generic front screen. The facial recognition, flashlight, and brightness control did not work. We brought the phone back to him to fix once again. He tried to replace the front screen again! While doing so he cracked the back of the phone again! I have sent a dozen emails and have called and left a dozen or more voicemails for corporate. This happened on November 30 and it is now January 2nd and NOTHING has been done!!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had.
