      They are scam !!Booked my vacation and week before , calls me can't honor the booking as there is no vacancy available .Now I'm running around to get my $99 + $49 , deposit back !!

The vacation you purchased from GCC did NOT include a car rental (please see the terms and conditions copied below), however our agent booked one for you anyways for 7/29/23. The *********************** budget location, which you picked the car up from, would charge you for all taxes, tolls, insurance, fees requested upgrades and add-ons, and fuel, no matter if the car was booked with us or not. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your vacation for more details.  Should you have any other questions or concerns, TAB is available Monday Friday from 9:00 am ET 6:30 pm ET by calling ************ and GCC can be reached via email at ************************** .
