      I spoke to one of the kindest and one of the most sincerest people that Ive ever known. I had the pleasure of knowing her name ***********************. After what it seemed like a like a lifetime of being on hold and having my needs being tossed to the side, this individual took her time and heard my concerns. My only wish for this company is that they hire more people just like *****. ***** was not only competent but friendly to my family and I.       Called to confirm my reservation with take a break travel. I spoke with Aj. He was very nice and took his time to answer all of my questions. He made sure that I completely understood the process and was patient enough to listen to me repeat everything back to him.
