      At first I had trouble getting the information I needed to make my plans. But once I got connected with *** things went smoothly. She was knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly. I give her a 10 out of 5 as a score. I appreciate the they extended my package, first because of Covid and then because of my confusion over how your program works. Im looking forward to my trip.

      I had many questions about Terms and Conditions on our package that we purchased 9/2022.********** was able to extend our package for an additional 6 months- as well as answer 100% of my questions.She was professional and if she didnt readily know the answer to my question- she politely put me on brief hold to make sure all my questions were answered.She is an asset to the company- treat her right and pay her what shes worth!
